Funny to see Protestants arguing Catholics for something that you would find if you read the Bible. How many times did Jesus explain a prison for souls in the afterlife, that was temporal, whereby they would get out when they paid the last penny? It goes back to ancient Judaism, which is why Christians hold to it today. Has anyone sat through the whole Bible alone to see where they can find purgatory in it? No. They just let their pastors tell them it’s not in it.

They are blind to the truth. Pray that God may convert many of them before it is too late. Now, that also makes me wonder, if they do receive the grace to convert and wind up in the Novus Ordo religion, like so many have, what happens to them then? Is it like switching seats on the Titanic? I would love to hear Bishop Sanborn do a sermon on that!

@@mkn2929I think other people like him have done that. By the way, I was a Protestant and I converted to what I thought was Catholicism only to find myself in the “nervous” ordo and around 2020 discovered traditional Catholicism. So I moved to it.😊

It’s like if you are playing ball and hit a neighbor’s window and break it. You apologize to the neighbor and you are forgiven but you still have to pay for the damaged window. That’s what purgatory is like.
