She doesn't seem too bothered by one of her five friends she gave copies to, usually she cuts a person off but now she is protecting their privacy. Once her dad reacted to the letter leak she jumped on him and the press. This is serious she twists and uses anything she can. Imagine she would do that to her dad to get a bit of clout. She had no intention of sorting things with him, the RF wanted her to meet him in person but she had an angle to glorify herself. Not a genuine letter and not a genuine person.

However, we find that she won based on false testimony in court (that is a criminal offence). Are you suggesting that she can use litigation because of an alleged violation of the law, yet when she categorically commits a crime she should be excused? That’s double standards and wrong. She has admitted her guilt, so it will be a short hearing, followed by 5 years in prison for lying. She had the best legal council that money could buy, you can’t say they didn’t know. When you write a letter to someone, who ‘owns’ the letter, the sender or the recipient? If the latter, then it was up to her dad if he wanted to share it with the world. Not a good thing to do; but his right to do it. And therefore why was she able to sue the paper for publishing?
Part of her case is based on her having a "copyright" as the writer of the letter.
the letter is given to the recipient, just like a gift is given to a recipient. And how many times have we seen people sharing the letters a famous person has written to them either through interviews, books or plays. The estates of dead celebrities never file lawsuits claiming the letters have a copyright on them nor do the living people in every case except this one.

There was a very serious accusation of racist comment allegedly made by one of the royal family member during this interview but my problem with her accusation was the vagueness of her accusation without context of the conversation or naming of the specific perpetrator noted in the accusation. For example, a mixed race family often will speculate on the hair colour, skin colour, the eye colour of the baby without any sinister intent. Speculating the skin colour does not mean that it was racist. Did they twist the context to make it sound more sinister than it actually is? The reason that I am bringing this up is because, she has done that twisting the truth, misleading the audience to fit her victim narrative repeatedly through out the interview. Another concern with this point of racism accusation is the fact that Meghan gave the account of having multiple conversations about Archie’s skin colour during the pregnancy but Harry’s account of this is different from Meghan. He stated that it was only one conversation prior to their marriage and he was even vague about it by changing the subject to the fact that his family wanted Meghan to continue to act because there was not enough money for her. So I wonder on accuracy or truthfulness of their accusation. Both of them proved to be misleading with a lot of their later statements and in my view, if you lie once a lot of your claim’s credibility gone out the window.
I also do not believe that the British senior royal family members are racist. Both Charles and William are well travelled and have met countless people from all different walks of life including world leaders, people of different ethnic background. With those experiences came worldly wisdom and knowledge. Prince Phillip famously poured a glass of cordial to the black White House butlers and had a conversation as equals to those butlers. The Queen is a friend of Nelson Mandela and famously had direct line of contact with him whenever one wants to talk to the other. Both the Queen and Prince Phillip have danced with black leaders and hosted events to black Commonwealth leaders over the years to this days. They are all busy with their own schedules that include royal engagements, Duchy’s financial dealings, learning the rope for the future monarchical role, decision makings regarding modernising monarchy, looking after their own young family in the case of William. Their plate is full with things to be concerned with already that they have no time to worry about Harry’s and his biracial wife’s baby skin colour for which they cannot change or do anything about. It is just absurd to suggest what Meghan suggested in the OW interview.
Another thing to note is that the royal family allowed Harry to marry a biracial woman who is as light as a Caucasian and yet the royal family is supposed to be concerned with the colour of the baby who will be lighter than his/her mother by logic. I mean what will be the point of the royal family concerning over the baby’s skin colour when they already accepted the biracial mother into the family knowing that she will have a baby to Harry? It just does not make sense.
Exactly and they also gave Meghan a very expensive wedding, more expensive than Catherine’s wedding !!!
I agree but sense doesn't enter into any MM action. She believes herself to be above everyone and able to bypass any exposure as the blatant liar she has been found to be.

Barbara Cartland was Princess Diana's Step-Grandmother, no doubt Markle has read many of her books and was inspired by her, It's strange that Markle has all these things happen to her, two births, a miscarriage but nobody knows any of the details, no mention of anyone seeing her coming or going from hospitals, no photos, no nothing. It does make you wonder and if any of it actually happened.
