    Love this. Can you do this in the morning? Or is this a before bed routine? Thank you

      Great questions. You can do this practice at any time. It is good before bed to unwind and reset from the day before going to sleep to promote a restful sleep. But it could also be done in the morning, especially if you wake up feeling unsettle, with the mind racing. You can also do it in the middle of day to reset and tap into that calm state. 💫
