    Tekken 8 is simply built for Atif's playstyle. The way his mind works is perfectly in tune with this game. If he hasn't been sparring a lot with Arslan, he'd be rolling over him as well.

      B4 extensions are absolutely ridiculous. But I don't want to him being nerfed into oblivion and I understand the online making ducking harder due lag so I say make high uber lineral. Because I got several times clipped by it when i ss b4 and with the fact that this is heat engager and full launcher is absolutely ridiculous. It should be when you are properly timed sidestep b4 his your beach.
      Qcf 4 is still way too good. Balance behind this was sway foward requirement but it's still too easy to abuse. And it makes okizame game completely free. Nerf range little bit and take away ground hitting prop like with feng shoulder combos in T7.
      After this nerfa let the community to adapt and see if he would need more. Because now he got proper magic four string with grab into 60 dmg, df1,4 still has incredible delay and is a launcher but yeah why use that when you can just spam two mentioned options.

    Bryan too slow for this game at high rank against mashers. And most of his tools require qcb/f. Bryan has to work 3-4x harder then these mash characters. If bryan players put the same amount of work into dragunov,jinn, gay female characters they would be winning most matches. Unfortunately tekken 8 favours cheap easy players and punishes people who think.start mashing with these cheap characters that put yur constantly into negative frames and then into 50/50, your easily getting wins all day long. Brain dead playstyle

      Atif would no doubt still be a top player if he played another character, but yes, Dragunov was given ridiculous tools he did NOT need to be effective in this iteration. A lot of players overlooks the fact that his flowchart is absurdly safe and they took away your avenues of defending against it by giving him his new ws string. Add heat and rage arts that activately wholly too quickly (so much so that the counters to them don't even work if used before they are activated) and you have a recipe for one of the cheapest iterations of a character in Tekken history. Still, the overall balance of the characters across the board is great, save a couple of characters. *cough* Steve *Cough*

      @@AllThingsAction since im a drag main and know the character in and out, therefore reading many missinformation on the daily i may ask whats his new ws move is? bec i think u got sth wrong, he got no new ws move, he got a new forward crouch move, which is a crucial difference of around 5-6f
      and the other question is what his absurdly safe flowchart is? my wild guess is your thinking his snk transitions are safe, which they are not, they are alw interruptible

    • @AllThingsAction
      @AllThingsAction 2 місяці тому

      @@h4b3e1n9b0RnYes the ws part was a mistake on my part. The point I was making still remains, it is an addition to his flowchart that was not needed. A flowchart depends on the game you are playing, but you may consider it something like a way for a character to use their "top 10" moves. The most effective, but generic approach to a character's offense. Dragunov has maintained one of the strongest flowcharts throughout his history. Before I elaborate, how long have you been playing dragunov, because it'll determine how much detail my explanation of the issues I have with the inclusion of this new move needs to be.
