Yes it’s such a good film Gab! I have one shot left on a roll in my TC-1, the first time I’ve shot 400D on it. Might be a few weeks before I get the shots back though!
Found your channel through Lucy Lumen, a great find I gotta say! :) I reside on the other side of the planet, but used to live in Sydney way back so this was amazing to watch. Brought back many great memories. Also, fantastic photos! Very inspirational for my own work and videos here on YT (shameless plug haha). Anyhoo, subscribed and looking forward to more videos! Cheers /Fred
@@MattLovesCameras Hey Matt, thanks for taking the time! Oh I used to love living there, but back in 06-07 it wasn't too bad. At least not compared to Sweden. Yeah, haha, I'd love it if you did but there's not a whole lot there yet. A few vintage camera videos that may be worth a watch. But I'm currently putting together six more simultaneously that should be finished soon. :)
Thanks so much Robert! Yes there is definitely a darker look to it in some photos. I took a wonderful moody portrait of my daughter but being a moody teenager she wouldn't let me use it for this video ha ha
I loved your photos on the TC-1. Mine had light leaks too, but a clever young repairer in Hong Kong fixed it for a very economical price. Thanks for the recommendation on Colour Mission!
Thanks so much! Great little camera, I was shooting with it today. Glad to hear your light leak got fixed! I have another video featuring it - Tokyo film walk. Also working on another Japan video with just tc-1 pics!
Thanks so much! Pretty sure the only place you can get it is FotoImpex in Berlin. They release batches now and then. Postage overseas makes it expensive unfortunately and they imposed a 3 roll limit for Color Mission after the initial drop 😭 ooo I just looked up the Figaro! If I win lotto I’m buying one 😂 🚗
Ah that's interesting. My friend Alan in Sydney (in the group shot) also had mixed results with it. I've been using it mostly with cameras that have auto exposure. Like slide film, it's not very forgiving!
Wonderful photos! That Minolta TC-1 🤌🏻
Thanks Christina! Ha ha yes the TC-1 is a little treasure 😍
The dynamic range on 400D at 1600 is great. I love those pics. 😍

Thanks so much Fred! I'm keen to check out your channel. Sydney is so good but so expensive h aha!

Love the images and video. The color mission is amazingly punchy. - Clayton Sharp
Thanks so much Clayton! Really enjoying the TC-1, more photos with this combo soon!
Great results! Loved the 400D shots! And your Color Mission shots makes me want to get some of the stock!
Thanks so much Alex! I really love it 😍
Good stuff
Thank you 😊 🙏
Great shots, Matt! Where can the Adox film be found? Also, the minty green car is a 1991 Nissan Figaro

About the shape of a finger tip.
What is? 😅 sorry it’s been a year since I made this video ha ha
it seems like as soon as you ditched that rabble of photographers everything turned out just fine :)
Matt, I never thought about it like that... but you're 100% correct 😂😂
It’s not bad film for what it is hey!
Yes, I love it James!
I always assumed the term "Naturist" referred to someone who loved nature. 🤔😵
😂 😂
I tried this film. Not a fan. Dynamic range is very small.
