I made slippers and I didn’t buy anything to make them. You can use knit scraps or cut up an old sweater like I did. Reuse, upcycle, no waste, no costs.. YAY! And sewing fun and then … warm feet! These slippers also do great as a gift. Use your favorite fabric and colors. With these simple instructions, you can make them in all sizes! Getting the pattern right might take some extra time but once you have the pattern, it is possible to make these in an hour!

I have a pair of slippers just like yours, but has elastic at the top. Wish I knew how to add elastic!

Cool tutorial. I'm curious about one thing, though--Can you suggest a way to make the bottom less slippery?
they make grippy fabric to use on toddlers' footed one piece pajamas. that would work.

U can use hot gun/ glue gun too on the sole. It gripAs better
You can use puffy fabric paint to put dots or other designs on the bottoms.
You could also cut the sole out of vinyl, or washable shelf liner.
How does one make the side pieces? The pattern photo doesn't print full size on my printer and I'm not sure how to finish drawing the side. thanks
