If we're going to get a "rollback" then go ALL the way and restore the original script. That means put the Whiskey Rebellion back in along with the celebration of American invention and the "Constitution is the Rock" theme AND the original Lincoln speech and take EVERYTHING that is post-1993 and has Eric Foner's fingerprints on it out. Anything less would be half-hearted IMO and reveal more about the political bias that caused the attraction to be ruined in the first place when Foner (a historian of questionable taste) was given carte blanche to ruin Walt's original conception of the attraction.
Glad I'm not the only one out there who found the Foner version... well, the worst. No offense meant to Maya Angelou as a poet, but she has a deeply unpleasent voice as an announcer. And almost the entire focus of the show was slavery!
Oh how I miss this show. Truly a classic.
21:23 Battle Hymn of the Republic
5:43 .....Andrew Jackson? ....The Civil War? Hmmmmmm..... I wonder what this will be about.
15:18 “There’s fire”
This America needs to come back.
This is the one I remember. "The Constitution is the Rock". Classic show.
This is the version that should still be running today.
Indeed and I will not set foot in there again.
Nor I. What they did to this attraction starting in 1993 was a desecration.
and it will be, Even though Trump will be in there, he won't be speaking.

Ohhhh wow this was the first version I saw when I was a kid. Thanks for posting.
and this is what they will be returning to when the attraction reopens this summer (yep, we won't have to hear Trump speak)
They're going to put the original narrator in there?
no but the new version at first was THOUGHT to be based on the this version, that is until they got Trump to say something.
