- Welcome to Friday’s with Tab & Chance Breakfast Edition! Today we are trying @vickycakespancakemix vegan buttermilk pancakes (vickycakesonline.com) for the first time and I of course had to add some @fieldroast sausage, hash browns, @eatjust eggs, zucchini, red & green peppers, mushrooms,onions salsa and avocado with fresh cut mango on the side for the full experience lol! For pancake mixes that require milk and egg, I usually substitute with almond milk and mashed banana for the egg consistency.
Can you taste the banana? I've tried with banana and it make it a little tart. Maybe I used to much? 🤔
An apple is a good replacement. Im new to rhe banana thing. An apple is my go to. Same results regardless. And it's not as heavy, much lighter.

I have a schedule for breakfast:
Mon - wed - fri ... smoothie days
Tues & Thurs... cereal days
Sat ... sweet bread breakfast day think cinnamon toast, pancake, peanut butter and jelly, waffle and such
Sun... A big breakfast day: vegan scramble or omelet, vegan sausage, or vegan bacon, home fries, vegan butter toast and avocado or fried bananas on the side
