As you have brought it up in other videos Remy, the importance of braking well! That's definetly one thing that emtbs will get you good at, especially on steep stuff!

The Ekano is awesome!! I've got one in blue and it feels great. Maybe the problem could be the battery (too short for a heavy guy).

We know you slay any DH. Wanna see footage of you slaying the ascents now. Especially tricky slab climbs - safety permitting. That EP8 can do it. Throw that boost mode setting into full power and go for it! Awesome footage as usual!

I imagine an E-Bike would make mountain biking so much more enjoyable on the climbs.
I had been checking Propain for over 6 months to get my size and color but they've been out of stock. I just bought a new bike but an E-Biike will definitely be next!
You'll never look back, I guarantee. It's not just the climbs and how fresh you stay for the descents. They are MUCH better in the chunk. Something I didn't expect, they radically improved my riding literally overnight. I'm on my third now and I am a much faster rider overall. They are much more stable and hold a line better and you won't believe how much more confident you feel on them (big travel 29er's)
Hi Remy, great riding per usual, big fan of both of your channels! I really prefer this viewpoint from the GoPro vs the 360 you use sometimes, the 360 camera view has such distortion that it feels like watching through a fisheye lens from the viewers prospective. Just my two cents, of course, others may have a differing opinion. Keep shredding! 🤘
the insta gives better feeling of height and exposure . I agree the gopro is more natural view despite the infamous gopro-effect.
@@_systemd I agree that the 360 gives a better feeling of speed and steepness of the track, but the overall effect of the view is just so distorted I have a hard time watching it.
@@griffmtb it was cool when it was the new tech, but nowadays im also kinda tired of it. gopro just doesn't disapoint and delivers the standard we are all used to.
Noted! i love the Max for IG clip and sometimes I can get do both at once with the Max like I will do on my next video.

It depends, more so on slightly easier trails. Squamish is quite popular and it was a nice day so. It wasnt too bad here anyway, dont think Remy was going for those KOMs 😂

Did you also find the Ekano kind of weird in the beginning but awesome once you get used to it?
Also: Lol what is it with the ammount of e-Bike haters in the comments? Those guys really need to relax a bit and give it a try - I just came home from doing laps on my Ekano and i probably got about 3 times more downhill rides in than i would have with my bio bike. So instead of just my legs i feel like i worked out all of my body more or less evenly.

Remy couldn't stomach being seen riding an ebike up the hill and took a shuttle. He has clearly been forced against his will by propain, probably at gunpoint, to ride a fitness simulator. They came to an agreement that he would replace the motor and battery with rocks to make the weight look legit and then just ride the downhill section.

Yeah, it's a cheater bike. Where I live they're toolin' up and down the streets and sidewalks at 30 mph w/o pedaling. If you're gonna do that, why not be a real man and get a motorcycle or dirt bike?! Just waiting for some idiot to hit someone on a sidewalk. That'll ruin it for everyone. Plus, at the rate of increasing obesity, you actually might want to get into something you can enjoy for exercise. Should help you live longer than becoming a pudge. Just sayin'.
