I think FSU is better than Ohio St. still early in the season but FSU is physical and has a good quarterback. If Indiana had a competent offense, OSU would of lost.
I think the reason SEC fans are so proud of their conference is because they have consumed the marketing of it by ESPN for 20 years, which in return resulted in talent wanting to play in the SEC making it true that ultimately the SEC became better. ESPN chose the SEC. In 90s the the SEC was just another conference.
Florida State had some trouble running the ball in the first half but then they started running some zone and hitting the edge a little bit just like I thought they should’ve been doing all game but aye they made the adjustment so good for them that 2 running back set was deadly especially late in the game 💯

Being a Tennessee Volunteers fan , I have seen this kind of thing before . This is not a slight towards FSU and their impressive victory but LSU was obviously way overrated and this was a mismatch . I remember one year in the first decade of Century 21 when Auburn was scheduled to play USC Trojans in a hyped up game and Trojans blew them off the field . I know it is just one game but it appears LSU hasn’t shaken off their problems from last year . Just like the Florida Gators , LSU appears to be a program going into a tailspin as far as being an elite team is concerned . The same thing happened to the Florida Gators as with the Tennessee Volunteers. Ignoring present day reality with wishful thinking ranking by pundits and fans is a disservice to those programs that are struggling and trying to get back to the top . Oh yes , Tennessee sees the clearing to the land of milk and honey and are on the right path but they still aren’t out of the weeds yet . For that matter FSU isn’t there either .
They over rank teams on purpose. FSU plays in an easy conference and now that they have a “good win” they will prob stay up in the top 4 all year until they get blown out by Georgia or Alabama

Daniels doesn't work under pressure well and Kelly is clueless on what the issues are on the offense. The D doesn't look conditioned to deal with the little uptempo FSU gave them.
@gwhite7136 the starting defensive guys are great, but LSU doesn't rotate enough. They were smoked halfway through the 3rd. FSU has 3 deep they run. JD is good but needs better coaching, I think. He doesn't seem to have someone to talk him through the miscues. Notice he just sits by himself on the sideline. FSU also might just be that damn good to expose all a teams weaknesses. I could be wrong about all these things, but I guess we'll see after a couple more weeks.
I can tell you one thing now people are going to hype up Florida state because what they did to LSU but ask yourself this you think they would do that to Georgia or Alabama hell do you think they would do that to Clemson HELL NO!

@@css31069this was the first game and they needed to work some things out. Once they made second half adjustments and switched out 2 offensive line players they took LSUs ass to the woodshed. They have 3 games under their belt when they roll into death valley and then we gonna hear a whole other set of excuses about whose ass we can't whip all the way until we host that trophy at the end of the football year.

@@css31069 The refs were ridiculous. 6 penalties on FSU before halftime, 0 on LSU. One blatant DPI on LSU on the first play of the third called and one personal foul when the game was already over. FSU gives up a pity TD at the end and STILL wins by 21 despite all that nonsense going in LSU's favor.
