That's what Cars can do, during the movie you dont feel anything, but after the movie, you just re-analyze everything, and realize it all, and emotions just start flooding in
The last movie I watched before my daughter was born. This song helped me understand that I "really" was going to be okay being a dad for the first time. Very special song for me.

Hmm when I first saw Cars, I didn't even think it was that deep. But now.....Yea when I first listened to the song I cried. i was a huge fan of Cars, and I still am. But this. This brings so much nostalgia here. Why did Disney and Pixar have to change Cars like that? The first one was more sentimental. I can't say the second one was horrible, but you could do it more sentimental and old like Route 66 or something else but with a REAL deep story.
The sequel was based on spying and complex machines and you know. But the first one was cool man, It was old-school, kind of. I don't know. Disney ruined it.
Nope. The reason why Cars 2 went the direction it did is because Cars was panned by a few critics as just ripping off Doc Hollywood, almost note for note,' said Christy Lemire of the San Francisco Chronicle. Roger Ebert said it best: I believe in some sense, the great John Lasseter was sitting Indian-style on the floor of his Pixar playroom and hurtling his cars through time and space with sublime reckless delight by using his toy cars as avatars in an international racing-and-spying thriller as wacky as a Bond picture crossed with Daffy Duck.
I agree, the human race is going to shit because of how much it's changed. You can't even leave your house without getting stabbed or raped. And worse kids aren't innocent anymore... if I had a time machine I would go back and show the world how fucked it would become.
doitlord oh my god I cannot agree with you more I mean i'm thirteen and I wish it was 2001 or back in the 90's I wasn't around in the 90's but I bet it's better than the crap they have now
I love this song so much. It inspires me to find myself and be who I am supposed to be. I am not there yet, but this song truly helps. I am thankful for the family I do have who also helps me to find myself among this terrible world. Especially my father, who passed last year. Thank you all.
I honestly started to cry one time listening to this. I was getting nostalgic for my adolescent years. I lost a lot of friends from that time, because we had either parted ways, or they went to different schools, or whatever. I lost my best friend and my 6th grade crush, who, by the way, liked me back. I definitely would've asked her out if she hadn't moved away. I'm actually getting a little sad again just typing this comment up.
That's cool man, can definitely relate. I literally finished watching Cars 1 today after not watching for a couple of years and when this song started playing in the end credits, it just hit me right in the feels. The pure nostalgia I get out of this song is unfathomable. I assume mostly because this is the movie that I grew up with as a 4 year old kid and probably watched at least 10 times in the time I've lived 😂
@@okjeffy6581 oh, sorry to hear you lost the toy. And don’t be sorry, man. That’s just life. And you know what? Keep praying, keep being the best version of yourself, and maybe someday, when our time on this Earth is over, we’ll see all those people again. ;) PS Btw, if you’re gonna watch the Cars movies, I’d like to offer my personal opinion. Cars: not as great as, say, Finding Nemo,, but a pretty good movie. 👍🏻 Cars 2: I’m at a loss for words, and not for any good reasons. 😬 Cars 3: HUGE improvement, and in my opinion the best of these films!
I know right? I too wish that the good old days would return. Byt we can't give up now. There is still so much to live for. We can all get through this together. Even if we don't each other
When I hear this, I remember my childhood. Best years ever. I even learned one thing from movie. "Even if you may have everything, you are empty inside. Do something good for yourself and you will be ok with it. Do something good for others and you will find yourself."
"you go through life so sure of where your headed, then you wind up lost, but it's the best thing that could have happened." I'm glad I got lost. If I hadn't. I wouldn't have become a diesel mechanic. I wouldn't have gotten my first car. I wouldn't have made all of the friends who call family
Tbh... I feel like I'm living the life this song talks about. I've gotten lost so many times and just forage ahead, building a life as I go. God I'm living a life of my favorite childhood movie 🥲
I was first enjoying Cars when I was in kindergarten I thought that it was just about Lightning winning and getting back on his career but when he choose to save a life rather than crossing the finish I'd consider him a winner in my books and this taught me and made me say "What is winning when you're losing a bit of yourself after" I carried this quotation till now and I'm off to college in the couple of months and this song still hits my heart.. Brad Paisley and Lightning McQueen, thank you 💖
Everytime I hear this song it just gives me nostalgia, of the days of watching cars 1 on loop on tv, not having a care in the world, no responsibilities to deal with, no worrying about education and planning for the future, I miss those days
For me, the solo simply makes this song. Absolutely epic, and it makes me reflect all my mistakes in life - especially missed opportunities that I know I'll never get back. This really hits home in saying that you have to take every chance that you get in life; Find Yourself really is an exemplification of musical genius. Beautiful simplicity reveals a much more poignant and stunning purpose, and this is what makes an emotional song achieve its goal. Words can't describe how good this song is... ...they really can't...
I like how the song reflects the story of the first movie. Mcqueen believed he had everything he ever wanted in life. But when he turns up in Radiator Springs... He realizes what he's missing
This song means so much more to me as an adult :) When this first came out, I had just returned to my home town after crashing and burning during my first semester of college. It took me nearly a decade, but I moved to a new city, and it's been the best thing that's ever happened to me.
im not super big into country, but goddamn brad really does something here. cars was and still is one of my all time favorite movies. this certain song really touches my soul. its bittersweet feel is just truly beautiful

omg! I am like, crying my eyes out right now...This song caused me to think of all the memories I made with a friend of mine who very recently commited suicide because she was being bullied and harassed badly according to her family...Also this reminds me of another friend whom I had known since kindergarden that died in 2012 of bone cancer just exactly 1 week before Christmas.
This series encapsulates the morals and lifestyle I’ve grown up (mostly) and want to live in, small towns in the American Mid-West of the blue-collared and country homes, the rough yet compassionate life of rural America. The simple life any one would enjoy. This series is important to me for this reason. Life can be such a jumbled mess that it’s easy to feel lost. There’s no road map to life. People are changing and passing by like the sights of a long drive cross-country. The days of you being in this world are numbered and will eventually pass. It’s good to just slow down and accept what’s yet to come. Take in the little things like a fresh breeze or a nice meal. Things like this are important to keep you grounded when everything is tossed up in the air by the world events or social shifts. The world demands of us but we can take what we want too, we can have family and friends, a nice walk, a refreshing nap in the sun. The day will come where we change, we become someone else. The day will come where we’ve given and taken everything we want in life, so we can find special people, have your own family, live for someone else. We can provide for those special people and watch them grow and change then they’ll go out and experience a life like ours. We can live out these numbered days peacefully until the end. That’s all I’d want. Because the search for who you are is never-ending, you will always be lost and will have to find yourself.
I came across this song by accident. Well, that's an accident I wish to experience more and more. It's actually difficult to decide whether if it was an accident or a blessing in disguise! In spite of being tensed, agitated and lonely, this song calms me down every time I hear it and rejuvenates me everyday. God bless Brad Paisley!!
As a kid I watched cars to death, and this song always made me think deeper. Even wore out my first disc so much it couldn't play. Never forget Cars, still my favorite animated picture by Pixar. Listened to this after cars 3
"So sure of where your heading And you wind up lost And it's the best thing that coulda happened Cause sometimes when you lose your way It's really just as well" This is so true. Sometimes getting lost helps you find what you're really searching for. Maybe it will be even better than what you thought you were looking for. If you take a car trip and get lost on the way to your destination don't freak out. Instead enjoy where you end up
Ya know when I'm down n out I listen to this this song has saved me from commitin suicide countless times...this song lets me know that I will find myself in life n so I will keep on fightin no matter the pain
Cars came out when I was 6 now im 21. I’ve been a diehard Nascar fan my entire life and Cars definitely helped fuel that passion. I’ve been going to my local weekly track for 10 years now. Time flies.
Was 13 years old when I first listened to this. Now I'm 20 years old. I always look at how far I've grown. How high I've reached. [sighs] Life goes on no matter what you do. What I can do now is appreciate and embrace everything and anything that life throws at me. Y'all should too. Even at times, it would bring nothing but you'd regret not salvaging the moment. I did. So, enjoy life!
This song is one of the reasons why I always watch the credits. Cars was one of the many movies of my childhood, but I love it even more as an adult because it really hits me in the feels.
This song has always touched my soul. Life knocks us down over and over, but we have to learn how to learn from our past. That’s what makes us who we are. 🙂
From my favorite childhood film to describing myself and this crazy life I've lead, I love this song. I lost myself last year and lost a lot of respect for myself in the process. I still fight with it most days, and while that person I was may disgust me, I know I'm in a better place in life, I'm ultimately happier, and I'm starting to respect myself again while finding meaning in life, between my own struggles and living for a dream shared by my fiance and I. I knew who the man I wanted to be was, I know the man I became, and now I'm learning to be the man I'm supposed to be.
Your song makes me feel better when I cry when my. Cousin was murdered in 2021 and my grandmother passed away in 2023 and my 2nd grandmother passed away and my Mom had a friend passed away 😥😥😭
I listened to this the other day because I remembered cars having some good music I wanted to enjoy myself through nostalgia but I didn't expect a song from this movie to actually tug on my heart strings like this song did. I actually cried best song in the soundtrack imo.
Cars is my favourite Animated movie, I don't know how but it's the only animated movie that made me cry. The movie seriously contains some intense emotions

When you find yourself
In some far off place
And it causes you
To rethink some things
You start to sense
That slowly you’re becoming
someone else
And then you find yourself
When you make new friends
In a brand new town
And you start to think
About settling down
The things that would
have been lost on you
Are now clear as a bell
And you find yourself,
Yeah thats when you
Find yourself
Well you go through life
So sure of where you’re headed
And you wind up lost
And it’s the best Thing
That could have happened
Cause sometimes when
you lose your way, its
really just as well
Beacuse you find yourself,
yeah That’s When you
find yourself.
*Guitar*
When you meet the one,
That you’re been waiting for
And she’s everything,
That you want and more
You look at her and you
finally start
To live for someone else
And then you find yourself,
Yeah that’s when
you find yourself
Well you go through life
So sure of where we’re headed
And you wind up lost
And its the best thing
that could have happened
Cause sometimes
When you lose your way,
Its really just as well
Because you find yourself,
Yeah thats when

Pyro ツ same reminds me of my mom thats what i was watching when o got a call saying she passed saddest and worst day ever
I wish America could find itself. I really miss the good old days. What has happened to our country. This song is sad but soothing
I agree, the human race is going to shit because of how much it's changed. You can't even leave your house without getting stabbed or raped. And worse kids aren't innocent anymore... if I had a time machine I would go back and show the world how fucked it would become.
doitlord oh my god I cannot agree with you more I mean i'm thirteen and I wish it was 2001 or back in the 90's I wasn't around in the 90's but I bet it's better than the crap they have now
2001 was one of the best years

If I ever become a famous person, I’ll listen to this nonstop. The message this song has, will always have a special place in my heart.
Just dont get cocky and think your a one-man show.
@@Jnr2OO7I got ya! 👍
I love this song so much. It inspires me to find myself and be who I am supposed to be. I am not there yet, but this song truly helps. I am thankful for the family I do have who also helps me to find myself among this terrible world. Especially my father, who passed last year. Thank you all.
one of my favorite childhood song besides life is a highway. happy 10 year anniversary cars.
crazy right
I honestly started to cry one time listening to this.
Same condition bro life is also like a rollercoaster
@@kamaljeetsingh3038 So true.
I never watched this movie, but I had a toy of it lightning McQueen in 2014. And I lost that toy the next day. Anyways, I feel sorry for you.,
@@okjeffy6581 oh, sorry to hear you lost the toy.
And don’t be sorry, man. That’s just life. And you know what? Keep praying, keep being the best version of yourself, and maybe someday, when our time on this Earth is over, we’ll see all those people again. ;)
PS
Btw, if you’re gonna watch the Cars movies, I’d like to offer my personal opinion.
Cars: not as great as, say, Finding Nemo,, but a pretty good movie. 👍🏻
Cars 2: I’m at a loss for words, and not for any good reasons. 😬
Cars 3: HUGE improvement, and in my opinion the best of these films!
At least disney still have great soundtracks that take you back to better days
vinnie ng pixar
True
One of the last Disney soundtracks that take us back
I know right? I too wish that the good old days would return. Byt we can't give up now. There is still so much to live for. We can all get through this together. Even if we don't each other
Me reading this after 7 years...still true
When I hear this, I remember my childhood. Best years ever.
I even learned one thing from movie.
"Even if you may have everything, you are empty inside. Do something good for yourself and you will be ok with it. Do something good for others and you will find yourself."
It's so beautiful that it makes you wanna cry
Yeah 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Me neither it makes me sad

Was that an Avril Lavigne reference?
"you go through life so sure of where your headed, then you wind up lost, but it's the best thing that could have happened." I'm glad I got lost. If I hadn't. I wouldn't have become a diesel mechanic. I wouldn't have gotten my first car. I wouldn't have made all of the friends who call family

The 4 people who disliked this have no heart. This is a truly beautiful, moving song.
What dislike?
Tbh... I feel like I'm living the life this song talks about. I've gotten lost so many times and just forage ahead, building a life as I go. God I'm living a life of my favorite childhood movie 🥲
#greatchildhood.
Austin Anthony you are sure right about that bud
I was first enjoying Cars when I was in kindergarten I thought that it was just about Lightning winning and getting back on his career but when he choose to save a life rather than crossing the finish I'd consider him a winner in my books and this taught me and made me say "What is winning when you're losing a bit of yourself after" I carried this quotation till now and I'm off to college in the couple of months and this song still hits my heart.. Brad Paisley and Lightning McQueen, thank you 💖
I need u
This song brings to many nostalgia, Cars was my favorite movie when I was little.
I like how the song reflects the story of the first movie. Mcqueen believed he had everything he ever wanted in life. But when he turns up in Radiator Springs... He realizes what he's missing
Real Friendship with mater and a real relationship with sally

This song means so much more to me as an adult :)
When this first came out, I had just returned to my home town after crashing and burning during my first semester of college. It took me nearly a decade, but I moved to a new city, and it's been the best thing that's ever happened to me.
Cars is one of my fav movies of all time! McQueen is my fav Pixar character and I've always loved this song! This song makes me cry.
This was actually our wedding song, my husband picked it and it was so perfect for us!
The kind of relationship goals we all crave
This is really encouraging and it melts my heart with sadness. But it tells me not to give up and find your place to shine.
The best end credit song of all time. Period. End of Story.
I can't believe this movie is 10 years old already. :( I feel so old.
I just saw it tonight with my family! :)
I think a third cars move is coming out soon. Probably in between 2017-2019.

My great great great grandfather once told me in 2009 ''it's not the destination it's the journey that takes you from your birth to your death no matter what you do or no matter what you say we can be different and differences do matter we shall enjoy the trip that takes you to your climax and we can be from different parts of the world harmony is everywhere we go we are family no matter what we are''

A lenda de nossas infâncias
The year is ending and we enter 2024 and this cars song is perfect to end the year.
SAME!
A movie full of great messages that can change your life and make you a better person! Thank you!!! Forever!!!🌸
I love lessening to this song every time i watch car I've been watching car's ever since i was 2 and now I'm 18 how the time flies is incredible 😢
As a kid I watched cars to death, and this song always made me think deeper. Even wore out my first disc so much it couldn't play. Never forget Cars, still my favorite animated picture by Pixar. Listened to this after cars 3
Sad thing is that songs like this do not exist in these days. Back when music was actually worth of listening to!
"So sure of where your heading
And you wind up lost
And it's the best thing that coulda happened
Cause sometimes when you lose your way
It's really just as well"
This is so true. Sometimes getting lost helps you find what you're really searching for. Maybe it will be even better than what you thought you were looking for.
If you take a car trip and get lost on the way to your destination don't freak out. Instead enjoy where you end up

Always loved this movie ❤

the first time i heard this song I cried.... it's too beautiful
I'm 30 years old and i still watch cars because it's a good movie with an even better soundtrack.
This movie is a masterpiece. I love it so much. And this music is beautiful.
I'm glad for you , hope you doing grate.
this song is the best memory song. like the song of life
