Can't beat some Parkin, ideally homemade.....great for camping as it keeps for weeks and gets better with age, doesn't need refrigerated, and is great cold (with a cup of coffee) or hot as a pudding....and it doesn't matter if it gets a bit squashed inside a backpack either. i make some every November for bonfire night even though we don't do any fireworks and it makes great eating throughout the month
Good vid. Had back injuries many times. 50 years in underground coal mines. They seem to stay around for a long time especially when the coal was 24 to 49 inches high. Ouch. You take care of yourself. When you think it's well wait a while longer because it isn't
Yeah I fell into that trap thinking I was over the worst of it and it definitely come back and bit me so it’s just been a lot of resting since that camp .
I've had a bad back since the 80's , The Chiropractor and Deep tissue massage helped me over the decades, You definitely have my sympathy, a bad back can really put a hold on everything including a good nights sleep, Get Well soon Mark 😊

Maybe when you think your ready again keep it at you and the guys around the fire talking and drinking coffee or something but stay off the ground. Sorry im been a mother hen. Get better air hug.

I wish we had it growing along the side of the roads but sadly if we did here in the uk it would probably all be soaked in dog piss 😂 we get ours from grocery stores .

Get some ibruprophen to calm the Inflammation and rest up. My hubby has a broken back (one of many issues) and I pull muscles all the time trying to compensate. No fun getting older and it's took me 57 years to realise things take a lot longer to do now. Look after yourself so we can see more vids in the future. All hail the anti Snowflake gang 🤘❤
