(my English is bad, sorry if I bother) I don't think the glue tape is correctly assembled. usually, the left-over tape will automatedly scroll inside the thing. you can try to unleash the case (be careful cause it is ruined easily) and find at the smaller circle if there is something to stick, or you can just use some small washi tape and stick it yourself ;).
