A lot of this type of construction happened in Palisades Park. I think it is a great way to add capacity where it is needed. Hopefully the rest of this neighborhood gets this type of redevelopment. Could bring a lot of small businesses to the area if the population is growing.
We totally agree with you! It also helps the rest of the community with their home equity. When something like this goes up & sells, everyone else benefits. On top of everything else you mentioned… how did you end up witnessing what happened in palisades park?

This is in Greenville section of jersey city - particularly in an area called Society Hill. It is practically the suburbs of Jersey City. You’ll see why when you visit!
There’ll be a time when the numbers makes sense and these properties will get bought out and converted into properties like this. Same like the game monopoly.. smaller houses turns into bigger ones when the time is right! Most homes in NJ are built during that time period or older. What type of market do you live in?
