David Mitchell: "Last winter, I watched in horror as the train Tube doors trapped the pompom of my bobble hat and carried it off into the darkness of the Underground."
Germaine Greer: "Whenever I travel by Tube, I look around the carriage to decide who I'd eat first if we were a group of people stranded on a desert island."
Diane Parish: "When I travel by Tube I like to see how many strangers I can make yawn by yawning myself. My record is nine in one carriage."
Would I Lie to You? is the hit BBC panel show where two teams of celebrity guests try to figure out whether their opponent's ridiculously far-fetched statements about themselves are true or, in fact, a lie.
Featuring inimitable host Rob Brydon with lightning-quick team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack.

I was feeling very down but after watching this I laughed so much my spirit has lifted.
No Germain Greer, not everyone loves crackling.
0:34 as if we're to believe that David Mitchell Naruto runs...
or that he runs at all 🤭
I love this show so much. Looking forward to the next series!
So how many of us yawned when she did?
Me.
I yawned when I read the word 'yawn' in your comment. And again when writing it
David Michell is the best! 🤣
They could have included Ed Byrne's steak pie story, as he found the pie in his pants on the Glasgow Underground.
Part 1, so there’s hope
With the bobble hat one, Why didnt he say it was when he departing the train lol??
Then he would have been leaving the doors with his head tilted back which is sillier than running with his head forward.
@@PetroicaRodinogaster264he could've said he tripped backwards
It is a More likely scenario though, unless you had a backpack on then it's definitely not plausible lol
As a north american, I struggled with the name Cockfosters....
Good thing you don't live in Cockburn 😅
@@Keeby101 or Cockermouth…
(Google) Cockfosters is a suburb of North London. I do this all the time when I don’t understand anything from British shows. I too live in the USA and American. Do you know what “ night nurse” Is ? It’s a medicine for general discomfort!🙂
@@necymamaril3735 It’s British NyQuil, but apparently it’s even stronger.
& the fact that it’s how we welcome visitors too! Piccadilly Line from Heathrow … first thing to Cockfosters 😂
Would. outstanding sharing. farewell!
10:43 Lee's scream yawn 😂😂😂😂
If David had claimed that he was exiting the train it would have been much more believable. No one in their right mind would trust David to rush to a mode of transportation and peasantry as a public train.
He does not know how to drive so he apparently does sometimes take the tube.
11:04 🥱 ”Kill me now!” lol
why would you put spoilers into the info
oh gosh! I didn't notice before publishing, fixed it now! 😳
I can’t believe they invited baba tags onto the show

Lee’s face when Diane first said “Cockfosters”…
Of course David was lying, he has his own driver, remember‽
Yes, the one with the small hands who won't drink pints!
@@roselockhart4701 I remember

Yup.. I was wondering who she is 🤔
