Ik this is very generic advice but you always gotta keep your head up and try to find positives in things, for the first half of 2024 I was doing worse than ever, I was talking to an awful group of people and I overall felt like shit, however despite everything I ended up being happier than ever because after I stopped talking to them I reconnected to my old friends and now I'm doing great This sounds F***ing Awesome BTW
