i have sheet music with the same nots but i am still not sure if the the first F chord is not an but fingered F A C and the fitst C fingered E G C cause the way you play it from the start leaves a strange descending mood. Cant explain it better.
True that it is not C minor but it's not a major chord either. As there's a C in the bass it makes the chord overall Cm7. (But I accept that in isolation the right hand is playing an Eb 2nd inversion triad).
