*In the heart of Hades, where blistering flames never ceased, an anomaly emerged. A robed figure, exuding an icy aura, glacial-blue eyes staring defiantly. It was Serac, the Ice Wizard, an entity of frost in a realm of fire.
An ominous presence arose, eyes ablaze with malevolent crimson light, casting sinister shadows across the scorching landscape. The devil himself, Mephisto, was intrigued and infuriated by the icy intrusion.
Serac lifted his frost-wrought staff, swirling winds whipping a tempest of icy shards, turning the surrounding inferno into a winter wonderland. Mephisto roared, hellfire dancing around him, vaporizing the encroaching ice.
"Temerity!" the devil sneered, firing a lash of flame. Serac met it with an ice barrier, shattering it to a spectacle of steam and twinkling ice fragments.
The duel roared on, a clash of fire and ice, of evil and bravery. Serac, undeterred, drew on his deepest reservoir of magic, summoning a colossal ice dragon. It swooped down, freezing Mephisto's hellfire, encasing him in a glacier of pure, magical ice.
In the chilling silence, Serac stood victorious. His glacial-blue eyes reflecting the frozen devil, he proved that even in the heart of Hell, ice could reign.*

Just discovered your channel and this song! Earlier I was listening to “Prelude to War” by Bear McCreary from the Battlestar Galactica soundtrack and wishing I could find a similar song w the same urgency and feel w pounding war drums and I ended up here! I love your work. If I ever get money to make films again I would surely nab you as a composer. I scored my movies using GarageBand from 2009-2012 and the glitches and crashes had me screaming. Plus the midi technology was average at best. LePou had outstanding amp sims I used a lot.
Also during that period people were just pricks and snobs about music made that way. I got torn down and criticized by people who never made a film or song but knew how it should sound lol. UA-cam was a hellhole for constructive criticism and usually there would be pile-ons to see how far things would go.
I even had my bank account and email hacked!
I find people today are much more receptive and open to diy projects and understand the passion behind the work whatever creative endeavor it might be.
I love reading comments like I don’t play an instrument don’t know what a midi is but I sat through this whole 10 hour video on (insert project or history of something here). And communication is better I’ve met so many commentators from all over the world or randomly talk w someone who was at the same Type O Negative show in Dayton Ohio in 1992! I’ve also learned so much.
I’m rambling but your song inspired me to reflect on the journey we make and how in the span of 10-12 years the technology has improved so much it’s the best time to be what you desire but also scary how blurred the lines of “reality” can become! Keep writing!

This is an outstanding comment! Thank you so much for sharing a glimpse of your journey. Back in the days ( around 1992 ) I started with producing techno music, more or less as a hobby and continued to do so until appr. 2015. Then I stopped because I wasnt having fun anymore. I always wanted to make cinematic music but I had no clue how to do it and I didnt have the right samples and sounds to get into this music (which is costly as hell). I am still at the starting point of my journey into the world of scoring but I am having so much fun that I am willing to learn as much as I can to get better. I am doing this just for fun and I have no real ambitions to make a livingh out of it but that does not mean that I dont want to improve my music 🙂I am glad that you enjoyed my work so far. That´s all I can hope for and I would be honored to be considered scoring something for you in the future. I havent done this before but I would give it a try, of course ;-). The Thirdspace aliens are 100% "ABSOLUTE XENOPHOBES" that believe that only they and they alone have the right to exist, and so seek to destroy every other species they encounter, both in their universe and ours, seeing them fit as only fit for conquest.... OR.... PREY! These aliens truly are definitely the H.P Lovecraft of "ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING NIGHTMARE FUEL!!!"
This to me describes perfectly a warhammer 40k event where main characters have to go through adversity at impossible odds and sadly nothing goes to plan and the cost of it was way too high (which is every 40k event almost) Just hits that right tone for what I could see in one of my favorite novels Death of Integrity. Nicely done and thank you for letting me use it for one of my projects 😌
