Double mould for precast of sandwich panels

Double book mould for sandwich panels is a hybrid between a tilting table and a battery mould designed by Moldtech.
It is specially designed to precast thick panels with an insulating inner layer and with a specific finish on both surfaces.

Great automated process . Can you advise the insulation value obtained with this system ? , in Australia we require R2.8 for residential building.
Do you do this only for commercial office building or also residential ?

Why sandwich second layer is casting in battery mould instead of table

@Priya sweety I think he mean why they lift the 1 layer 90 degrees into the next layer when its faster to reinforce on top of the isolation on layer 1 and just cast over there again without lifting anything and there wouldnt be needed this 3 steps prosess
