E basi parin ba Sa OD ng tubo? OD x tan of degree= cutback divide by 2 #,nka kolob cya idol 2.5 meters ang porma idol parang half circle.paano I calculate ang cutback nya idol? OD x tan? Parang half of 360 180 degree idol
Parehas pa rin if mag calculate tayo sa 90 deg.idol.half circle diameter so ibig sabihin 180 deg.sa pag calculate idol ganito.ipagpalagay na natin 60mm ang dia ng tubo.if ang 2.5m sa haba ng tubo halimbawa nag cut ka ng 10 cuts,so ang lumalabas kapag e divide natin ang 180 deg sa 10 cuts ay magiging 18 deg ang bawat cuts devide 2 = 9deg.ang bawat side.
60mm x tan(9)/2=4.75mm cutback

Dependi po sa laki ng pipe sir,sa halimbawa natin maliit lang na pipe kaya 4 div.lang,kapag malaki naman pwede pop kayo magdagdag ng div.sa 2cm naman pwede nyo po e adjust kapag malaki ang pipe.

Does anybody know if it does or does not matter where the seam running the length og the pipe is oriented? Meaning, as far as strength of the finished product, it is bettet to have the seam
A/ On the outside of the bend?
B/ On the onside of the bend?
C/ On the side of the bend?
D/ It makes no differance.
in my experience it is better to put the seam on the side either 3 or 9 oclock position if we bend it. why? first the seam is not forced, second when it is too bend in a small radius it tends to crack

47 X tang. 9° / 2 = 4 mm. esta medida de 4 mm. no es la correcta ya que no da el corte de 9°, la ,forma correcta es 47XTang. 9° /2 X 3.1416 /2 = 6 mm esta medida debe a cada lado de cada línea centro, de otra forma no darían los 9° que requiere el corte
hola amigo, utilicé este método tantas veces pero no vi ningún problema en mi cálculo, a veces hago un pequeño recorte para obtener 90 grados exactos, es mejor recortar un poco que tener un gran espacio .pero de todos modos tenemos una estrategia diferente para hacer bien nuestro trabajo.gracias por ver hermano👍
