I have this problem and want to try your solution. How did you rig the bare feeds from the charging cable?
Do you think that would work for model 5?
Did it work? I'm trying your method since my fuse is ok. But whent I connected to the discharge my charger keeps blinking red constantly.
I had the same issue, tried almost everything and 10 amp fuse was fine too. What does the flashing red light mean?
It worked for me. My battery charge indicator button is faulty though. I can only see the charge on bike display.One night of charging through discharge, one night of charging through charge.
