I watched a short online set they did a couple of months back. They were first on to a cold room in the early afternoon and they crushed it. These girls have a way to go in terms of live experience and their style could use help from decent engineers in a live setting, but their energy and overall performance is genuine and engaging for the whole set and Yukina is a beast! They are in the top three to see live for me. Hanabie are genuine 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The vocal affect Matsuri (guitar) uses is more in line with mainstream female j-rock. Works best in a quiet and low stress environment which the stage is absolutely not. It's also why the most famous female j-rock bands actually have vocalists that can do it perfectly every performance. I've seen a couple streams now and Matsuri can definitely do her vocals correctly.

Yes, you're right. The sound of the recording is terrible. They deserve much more than this, so/and Matsuri could sing one octave lower
