    This has been so educational and so helpful. I haven’t really bottomed in a few years and I had a really good experience not that long ago, and I want to keep it going. this is a wonderful information. Thank you.

    You guys are AWESOME!!! When I was in my 20s I remember guys wanted to come by and have fun but I needed more time to get ready. Most of them were very impatient and didn't seem to understand that I'm a bottom I need time to prepare.

    have used Konsyl fiber for years. secrets are to use cold water, not lukewarm, (to delay the loogie effect), drink it down quickly, and to use a shaker cup to mix it up real good. another benefit: saving money on toilet paper. after using it every day for a week, there's very little, if anything, to wipe. one light wipe, and you're done. this helps you avoid abrasive wiping that can lead to bleeding and fissures

    Another thing with fibre. The intestine is designed to remove progressively fluid/water from fecal waste. At the last part of sigmoid and rectum the waste mostly solid. Fibre helps absorb some of that fluid along the way which also helps scrub the walls. Over douching can disolves the solid waste, espec in sigoid where its "level" and the douche water can pool. Oddly, overloading on fibre rarely leads to a traffic jam, so i err on the side of the more fibre the better.

      @queerlyuspodcast LOL. Yeah - I have a medical condition with symptoms similar to IBS. Fibre is the 6th food group (after Sugar].

    A good Fibre is acacia. 100% soluble so it can be miserable in anything, even food - and does not turn into jelly b4 eating/drinking, but still works after consuming.

    So straightforward, so clear, so very true to life experience. It’s like y’all are in the room with me when I’m dealing with douching trauma! lol
    So good to know this is shared experience and that I’m not a freak, and that there are things I can do to make the experience of douching easier and better for me. I LOVE bottoming. That’s not a problem. I hate the prep!

    Off topic question; How do you get a guy stop thinking yanking on hole is "hot" or is a good warmup? It's got to the point I've stopped looking for tops to play with because 30 or 60 seconds if what they think is warm up is just a minute of pain, foreshadowing an unpleasant continuation :( communicating does not work (in my experience) more than a second or two.

    • @queerlyuspodcast
      @queerlyuspodcast  Місяць тому

      I'm not sure what you mean by 'yanking' but I guess you have to tell them. Are they learning this from watching porn I wonder?

    • @Oops-IMeantToDoThat
      @Oops-IMeantToDoThat 28 днів тому

      @queerlyuspodcast I think they are graduates of Porn University. But youd think I wasn't the only one who didn't like it. By yanking, I mean they stick a finger (or three) in and then pull in one direction relatively hard (and not gradually). I'm not sure if they think this is a warm-up exercise or what. I do tell them, but even if they stop, a few seconds or minutes later, they do it again. My feedback and communication doesn't seem to work. I usually have to stop the encounter (not advertised as B&D or S&m) to avoid damage. It just seems this has become the normal as 8 out of 10 ended this way to the point I don't even try any longer. Granted, those were hookups, not usually dates, but...

    You can definitely feel stool during anal sex as a top, if it's present. It's part of anal, and should never be mentioned to the bottom, for the exact reasons discussed in your video. I'm sorry toxic tops caused pain and shame for you.

    I hate over douching. I just get scared to be dirty. Gradually getting better with not too much water but still have moments.
    The body let's me know I've done too much that's for sure. Haemorrhoids and fissures are a menace. Fortunately not had many occurrences but woooooah OMG!
    I'd like to get to a stage that when bottom, it doesn't feel so tense and hurt a bit when the D goes in.

    Can you imagine, you were born with a very obvious and clear purpose... then you go and do the exact opposite and call it good.
    There's gonna be a very large metaphorical splinter in your entire life, that you're going to try to ignore or misinterpret.
    But it will never go away... bec it's not you... and you not accepting you, is going to be a literal life long job that you cannot win no matter what your mental gymnastics.
    Now you may think I hate you. Wrong. Love IS truth. But as I've seen in spades now, you can't do something right by doing it wrong.

    Great educational vid, but I was a bit disappointed with the douching parts and the small bulb he is using and saying that using that small bulb to clean out is fine for him and his husband.
    Well maybe he has a huge rectum and don't need to go that deep. I can feel my 2nd sphicter and open it bit using just my middle finger alone if I squat and at the right angle.
    With a regular 6in toy lying down or squatting, it goes right past the 2nd sphicter every time.
    A bulb like that would take 3 hrs of constant squirting water up there and tons of crap coming my way. I have a small bulb like that, and I detest it.
    So NO that aint funny, and bad advice in my view.
    What works for me is taking metamucil 4 days prior daily, then on the 2nd day prior, stop eating any solid food, including stop taking metamucil. Then clean out proper after my normal mid afternoon crap 1 day prior or on the day. That gets me ready for the evening on the day with high confidence there will be no oopsies.
    On the day you can have something light to eat, if you plan to only have fun in the evening, since it takes more than 8 hrs for that to process, but you are out of luck if you plan to play also the next day.
    So all this is very unpractical if you want to play more regularly, or same day, and seemingly tops don't get it, they want to play right now!!
    Maybe the solution then is to use metamucl every day and a shower shot.
    I don't know, but a bulb like that is a no go for me. Takes way too long, and having to put up with cramps, and the mess and spending like half a day in the bathroom for a maybe hookup.
