- Checklist for Hungary Work Visa:-
1. Application form for Residence Permit along with Appendi 9.6 from the website -
oif.gov.hu/inde...
2. Valid Passport (with at least two blank pages) and previous passports (ideally the passport should have validity of three years when you apply for Visa)
3. Statement undertaking the commitment of voluntary exit if the residence permit will expire or will become invalid
4. Valid travel insurance
5. Police Clearance Certificate
6. Bank statement of the last 6 months
7. Birth certificate in English with Apostille Attestation
8. CV in English
9. Preliminary agreement aimed at establishing an employment relationship
10. Valid work force demand
11. Document in proof of the qualification with certified Hungarian translation (if the job requires a qualification- the most recent school certificates which are related to the job, with Apostille legalization)
12. Income Tax Return
13. Accommodation proof in Hungary
14. Passport Size photo with white background (should not be more than three months old)
15. Statement undertaking the commitment of voluntary exit if the residence permit will expire or will become invalid
16. Statement of Voluntary Exit on expiry or invalidity of Residence Permit
I , Mohan Kumar ( Indian Citizen, Passport Number S………., Date of Birth) declare that I will voluntarily exit Hungary on expiry of my residence permit or if it becomes invalid at some point of time. I have sufficient finances and resources to arrange for my exit.

It is mandatory but if you don't have try showing other documents that show date of birth
Hello sir, for birth certificate is it okay if I submit Marriage Certificate because my marriage certificate clearly shows my date of birth and it is apostille and also it is translated in Hungarian Language.

Sir Gulf mai rehene walo ne Birth Certificate banana padta hai kyaa ??? Or Education orginal Hard copy nepal pe he lekin mere Pass iska Photocopy hai ....
Please see the checklist of the country where you are based. Education documents are not mandatory unless the job requires you to have particular kind of education or minimum education qualifications.
