NetSuite SuiteCommerce MyAccount is a B2B self-service online portal where your customers can manage their account information, view recent transactions, pay invoices, manage cases and convert quotes to orders. We take on a merchant's role in this demonstration and explain how to set up NetSuite SuiteCommerce My Account for a customer. Starting on the home screen, we'll switch the account into edit mode, which allows users to drag and drop text and images within their existing website and apply those changes to all web pages. Next, we'll show how to make real-time updates or schedule changes for a future date. After changes are made, we'll preview the changes for multiple devices like desktops, tablets and mobile. We'll explain how to publish or discard changes as well as conduct a final review once those changes are in production mode.
