Aside from that Japanese Gouken player (Lingo?) who visited NLBC, I'm pretty sure Sanford's Oni lost to all the international talent he encountered - Daigo, Gamerbee, MOV, Bonchan, Pepeday, Infiltration, Dakou, Mago, Xian.... He was too used to throwing away games with weak training partners and apart from a few people, NY just didn't have good enough players for him to level up with.

Sanford just acting like a scrub. If it's in the game and it works, who cares how many times you use it. If your opponent can't deal with it, that's their fault. Theirs mind games in the fireball war. Sanford just never knew how to play them.

Oni is the form of Gouki who looks very strong and out of control when he has obtained the True Power of Satsui No Hado during his training ( After Akuma and Shin Akuma ).
When Akuma becomes an Oni, he looks like Jinpachi Mishima ( Powerful Demon Form )
