When you have a good investment, you will incorporate so many things
We are dentists, we did BDS and MDS we not pursued MBA the subject which teaches business establishment and it's development
Clove has partners who have established Multi national companies and they are business tycoons from other foreign countries
Clove has only one success mantra : "Suck the blood of patients and the working Drs ... yes the Drs have to achieve weekly and monthly targets ... and Do Not speak about that rascal Amarinder Singh the way he rudely speaks to the Drs ... uses 3rd grade language even
I would rather put one clinic and make sure i deliver quality treatment and ethical practice myself than putting up dental chains hiring people and not caring about ethics nor quality of treatments. What is the point of enjoying holidays in other countries when your patients are not getting the best in all the 350 clinics under you.....its not about the money always.....its about the service too....after all we are health care professionals not just merely buisnessmen.
Well, sorry to crack your myth but Clove Dental is one of the most hygienic and well managed clinic chains along with best sterlizing techniques in place. Im a dentist myself:)

He owns all the clinics, plus clove hires dentist and pay them salary and incentives. Whole real-estate, rent and staff including equipment is payed by clove

@@GDSDental yes exactly then stop giving people fake knowledge and comparing yourself with him...that u can barely manage 2 clinca and he is managing 350 clinics...he wont be able to manage even one clinic on his own of would have owned one of the clinics...the owner of the clinca manage their own clincs...and i have seen shitty unhygienic practice treatment at many clove dental and good treatment at others...its because he is not managing any clinics...if u want to give knowledge on franchise buisness then start channel on that...dont give franchise buisness ideas to dentist and fake hopes of becoming actual owner of clinic...better give some advice on sterlization so that they can manage one clinic with 100 percent sterilization

And yes mr amrinder singh is the owner of the brand clove dental and all 350 clinics are his clinics. Weather partnership or franchise or not, without clove dental name they do not have any identity to them
