All the staff at UA know about All Might's injury and therefore his small form as said a few episodes back. A select few heroes outside of the school do as well. Only the principal and the nurse of all the staff know the secret of his transferrable quirk though.
In general, fans call her Uraraka, but different characters will often use a different name when talking to characters, part of it comes down to familiarity or decorum; Deku always trips up on calling Asui 'Tsu' because his immediate instinct is to be polite rather than using the preferred informal nickname.
For the remaining Class 1-A members that have been named so far, fans usually refer to the classmates as Deku, Bakugo, Todoroki, Iida, Kirishima ('rock guy', though his Quirk is Hardening, not turning into rock, it's just his skin becoming more dense), Kaminari, Jiro (sometimes Jirou, depending on which romanization fans choose), Mineta, and Momo.
One thing you can assure that My Hero does well it's triumph, and that first Plus Ultra, that's the good stuff.
When I first watched the series, this episode, with the animation of All Might at the end was like “oh yeah, definitely my new fav anime” haha it was glorious. Love your reactions!

Mysteries about our handy boy aside, let's talk about the episode. All Might said it took about 300 hits to beat Nomu's shock absorption. In his prime, he said it would've taken only about 5 hits. Meaning that All Might back in his prime is about 60 times stronger than the weakened All Might we see now. Which just makes you wonder about the kinds of villains All Might would've fought and defeated back in his prime. We saw that a punch from a weakened All Might literally changed the weather. Which just puts into perspective how strong he was back in the day because he's about 60 times weaker than he used to be. Such a wild concept.
If we apply math, we can deduce that (as long as the ×60 thing also applies to his speed) Prime all might moved at speeds of up to Mach 29
That's if we take that statement as fact. Spoiler warning:
Later in the series when he's even weaker, he defeats All for One. He fought All for One the first time in his prime but it's implied it was a hard fought fight. So Either All for One was also way stronger back then, which I kind of doubt considering All for One had that long to gain more power, or All Might was stronger, but not 60 times stronger in his prime.

Most People call Uraraka by her last name, Tsu is the exception. her and Uraraka have been getting close and she is a gorl, which makes it much more acceptable to have her call Ochako by her first name. You will never hear Izuku do it though, it would not be proper for a boy to do that.

This is a romantic anime describe about travelling through the past of the girl who want to change her "fate" to be more perfect and then get consequences
I don't know if you still need this explanation, but I'll give it to you. So in Japan they have the family name first and the given name last, which is backwards for most western languages (though it's the same in my native language, Hungarian). The problem with English subtitles is that you can't know beforehand how they will tell you the names. For me it's pretty annoying when I hear the name from the Japanese voice, like Midoriya Izuku, but the subtitles still say Izuku Midoriya. I guess it's better for people who maybe don't know that in Japanese the names are the other way around, but I guess it's still audible that they say it in a different order.
Anyway, in Japanese schools the students (and the teachers) call each other by their last name normally to be polite. But if they are close to each other, then they cann call each other by their first name or a nickname. Tsuyu is called Asui Tsuyu. Asui being her family name. But since she is a really outgoing and friendly girl, she wants to be called Tyu (or Tsu-chan in Japanese) by the people she wants to be friends with. For example Izuku and Ochako. That's why she calls Ochako by her first name as well. Most people will call her Uraraka, but Tsuyu really likes her so she calls her by her given name.
I don't know how they translated this in the English version, but in the German and Hungarian versions (the other 2 I've watched) they actually use the given names. So Bakugo is always called Katsuki (or Kat-chan in some cases) and Todoroki is always Shoto and stuff like that. Also since in my country we use the names in the same order as the Japanese, they actually left them in the correct order lol.
Btw since I'm writing about names. Horikoshi (the author of the MHA manga) often gives interesting or very fitting names to the characters. So for example Tsuyu means rainy season (which fits frogs), Ochako means teachild, Midoriya has midori in it which means green, Katsuki has the verb katsu in it which means to win and Bakugou means detonation.

The "plus ultra" move wasn't a move, per se. All Might was displaying one of the core tenets that makes him the hero all other heroes look up to; something you hear a lot of characters talk about throughout the series. Plus Ultra means to go beyond one's limits. Though he had reached 100% of his strength and basically ran out of time in his strong form, as the Symbol of Peace, _he pushed past those limits._
Both Midoriya and Bakugo are shown to idolize All Might and this showcases the part of him that speaks to each of them: When all hope seems lost, a true hero will pay _any_ price to protect others; the _best_ hero will achieve victory no matter what. This moment is important because it speaks to both Midoriya's and Bakugo's core values as characters.
