Can't believe some people use this as part of recruitment process, absolute lunacy.

I did the test not selected
    I had 3 unique traits
This world is ever changing and peoples thinking pattern , skills are also changing day by day
But recruiters stick to this test to select their candidates
    I don't understand this method
This is also like Covid 19
Someone introduced this test to the top companies and the introduces earns millions and billions from companies 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ridiculous, you have to pay $70 to practice this game for 2 days? 🤦‍♂️

      Hi Marco.
The Pymetrics Games are among the most sophisticated, challenging pre-employment tests you can find today. That's why we have spent over a year of research and development and an abundance of resources in this product - the only accurate practice for the Pymetrics Games that actually teaches you how to play them and pass.
So yes, the pricing tag may seem high. But considering the employers and positions using Pymetrics as an assessment tool, is it worth a much better opportunity to get the job you want? According to Zippia, the average salary of analyst interns (often assessed by Pymetrics) in 2022 is about $30/hour, so the Pymetrics pack is priced at around 2.5 work hours for this job. We believe it is a fair price to pay.
As for the 2-days time offer - from what we have heard from Pymetrics test-takers, there is usually no more time than that to prepare, but we also offer 1-week and 1-month plans for those who need them.
I hope this somewhat clarifies our standpoint.

@@JobtestprepUk you understand not everyone is from US, right? $70 is a very high amount for someone living in countries with low PPP

@@JobtestprepUkthis is ridiculous amount. Some people live one week on this amount of money. Also if you are unemployed you save every penny, you have loans and bills to pay. You literally ripping off people in their most desperate moment!

@@Notyourcupoftea_ just don't buy it. It's 12 games on the test and there's a good number of youtube videos that explain how each game works. All in all, it's a soft-skills and personality test, so no matter how much you "practice", you're still gonna be conditioned by your true self on how you do on the test.
It's not an aptitude test with right or wrong answers. You don't know how the company will weight the results, e.g. this balloon game will tell them how fast you're learning and how much you like to take risks. You might learn immediately and collect the absolute maximum amount of money on each baloon - and the company might find you took too mich risk.
There's literally no sense in practicing for this test, apart from making sure you understand how each game works.

I totally agree....Well, I guess I have to do the test without practice and rely on my cognitive ability
