All in all, it's a soft-skills and personality test, so no matter how much you "practice", you're still gonna be conditioned by your true self on how you do on the test. It's not an aptitude test with right or wrong answers. You don't know how the company will weight the results, e.g. this balloon game will tell them how fast you're learning and how much you like to take risks. You might learn immediately and collect the absolute maximum amount of money on each baloon - and the company might find you took too mich risk. There's literally no sense in practicing for this test, apart from making sure you understand how each game works.
Can't believe some people use this as part of recruitment process, absolute lunacy.

I totally agree....Well, I guess I have to do the test without practice and rely on my cognitive ability
