Storyline:
Stefan can't move forward after Buffy's death, he leaves town.
Buffy resuscitates but she is not happy because she thinks that she had found peace and been in paradise.
Suddenly she pushes everyone away including Stefan.
Alex makes her open her eyes to what she is losing.
