Welcome to the BINIverse!! The song has a very good message and is very timely, basically saying that "life is not a race". You may check the official music video of "Karera" with English captions and I guarantee that you will really appreciate the full lyrics.
All 8 girls are all-rounders (singer, dancer, rapper) and member positions/roles nowadays are only for formality. Each one has unique vocal tones that makes up for beautiful harmonies. They are truely badass in dancing (tightly synchronized with cool choreography). 6 of the girls raps fluidly, but each one had already rapped at some point throughout their discography.

Hi. Hope you don't focus on their Wish Bus performances because the audio there is heavily edited. For example, I have a recording of the actual live broadcast version of that very performance on my channel, and there are a lot of things they've edited post-production for the UA-cam upload. Colet's ad-libs (black jacket girl) were buried in the final chorus.
Colet has the best-developed head voice in the group. I've talked about BINI's head voices with a classically trained singer, and she agrees as well. It was honestly an "oof" moment for me to hear you single her ad-lib as "needing more head resonance." For example, if you look up BINI's "Pantropiko" acapella, you can hear how well Colet uses her upper resonances with her solo ad-libs.
I wish it were easier for people who are just getting into BINI to get a more accurate portrait of what level Colet is operating at as a vocalist. The ones that are most easily available are the heavily edited ones or the ones that don't highlight her. It's so painful to me as someone who has been analyzing BINI's vocals for a year and has seen how deeply skilled this girl is, but despite her position as one of the official main vocalists, UA-cam reactors tend not to see that Colet has excellent vocal skills. To be honest, she has the most refined vocal abilities in the group.
This is my least recommended wish bus performance of BINI. Strings comes first followed by Golden Arrow

Karera is the best/top 1 song of BINI for me. It has great vocals, funky/groovy music, amazing choreography with sign language and meaningful lyrics. Next to it are Salamin Salamin, Pantropiko, I Feel Good, Lagi, Born to win and Nanana. They have 11 MVs, 1 Ballad " Huwag muna tayong umuwi" and 1 xollab song with PlayerTwo coca cola. For Bini vocals recommendations: Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi (Let's Not Go Home Yet), a more ballad-y song and they have lots of live performances of this, and Lagi (Always) which is a great balance of their current pop sound + great vocals. Their more famous songs are Pantropiko (Tropical), and Salamin, Salamin, (Mirror, Mirror), which are great pop hits, but I feel like those 2 former songs I suggested showcase their vocals better. The main vocalist is Maloi, standing, 2nd from the left and wearing glasses. The one you thought was the main is Jhoanna, the leader. The first one to sing is Stacey, also an Alto. Mikha, the redhead, is actually an Alto as well. She sings in the lower register most of the time but her vocal range is just that wide. The one you highlighted ss an Alto standing on the left is Aiah. The one you indicated being in a mini duet with Maloi and standing nect to her is Colet. Seated on the far right is Sheena and standing behind her is Gwen. 6 of them can rap but Stacy and Mikha (both seated in the center) do most of the rapping among all of their songs.
Not sure if you are also interested in watching dances but their dance practice also showcases their awesome dancing ability too. Their dance practice for Karera is one of their best, if not their best choreography. Then imagine them actually performing on stage, singing live. In case you didn’t know, most, if not all Filipino acts sing with their mics on with hardly any backing tracks.

It means "Don't worry life is not a race so take it slowly it is not a race" It has deep meaning. in life we ask our selves "Why I am not still reaching my dreams?" we thought it was a competition when we saw our friends or relative that has stable work, stable career, or even in learning something in school. just take it slowly do not rush things.
