My wife and I are planning to retire to Myrtle Beach in 12-18 months. On our list is: gated, 55+, master planned, low maintenance and a large craftroom for my wife. Any thoughts?

That’s a good price for a home that size. Carolina Forest is a good area, lived there for four years during nursing school. Good video
