The whole point of the build is to get a hit and then immediately camp the box so chain hunt happens. The screaming combined with chainhunt will prevent totem cleansing and make gens super slow. The end result of this build isn't to get kills but rather get the survivor to DC out of frustration. IF this were a viewer suggested build they really should have stated this to you before hand.
The truth is if any team catches on they can just slog through gens and force the Killer to leave the box. If Survivors feel ok about doing gens during chain hunt the whole build falls apart. It's actually a weak build.
I remember this, everyone in the stream chat was telling him. But since they were doing gens so fast the build wasn’t really viable at this level of MMR or level of survivors.
he did it exactly as you described too but the survivors just did the gens and got out. Only slightly slower than usual. coconut just plays against lower mmr since he's just not that good at killer so they don't know how to do the gens with everything going on and just dc. tru3s survivors just did all the gens really quick despite all the stuff and got out

The game spawns chains accordingly based on how many suvivors there are, and btw, with that strategy it takes an eternity to get all gens done If the killer knows when to camp and when to chase, can't do shit. You wanna slug with this build tho
Heya, I made this build not to be competitive. It's mostly for laughs, and frustration for the survivors. Ideally you injure one survivor, and camp the box with Insidious. Sloppy to prevent the cursed survivor from healing, and between the chains/screams from the hex, it takes a long time to do anything. If you're a good Pinhead that knows box spawn logic, you can change the purple addon for something else.
Point of the build is to troll the survivors and get some Laughs at the cost of not being able to really compete to win the Match. You camp the box so they can't end chain hunt effectively making them unable to do anything. They can just ignore the box and very slowly work on gens between the chains and screams

The screams prevent totems, sloppy prevents healing, chains stop gens. But you absolutely must stay with the box. It is a guaranteed win at that point, because they MUST get the box, and if you keep it on the ground you basically hold the game hostage. Id say try again but stay on the box with chain hunt and hex up with an injury. Thats the win condition.
I don't get what's the point in tryharding with a build like this. You were supposed to camp the box, not hooks, you're just tunnelling and camping for the win and that's it. This is a build for having fun, not for winning. Super lame.
i once paid tru3 to run my build on stream and he didnt play the intended playstyle at all. just played his normal proxy type style to gain pressure then said my build didnt do much, like in this video. i learned not to do build requests with him after that. he only plays one style as every killer for the most part
I think it would have worked better if played as intended. The reason they cleansed TOTH was probably because they weren’t screaming due to the terror radius and the chain hunt not being activated. If you use insidious on the box while FDD is active then the whole map will scream every 25 seconds which is enough to prevent them from cleansing and they will have a hard time healing due to sloppy and every time they get interrupted by scream or chain they lose healing progress
It’s not that the build didn’t work, but respectfully, you didn’t play the build as intended. It’s a whole different playstyle than what you may be used to. You don’t play gen defense or worry about who has been hooked, you have to look at it as a combo. You have to injure, and then protect the box to make sure you guarantee the chain hunt. The slowdown of butcher and thrill makes it so that there is no time between darkness and chain to finish a heal or gen. So they are forced to come to you. Some people will DC out of frustration and those that don’t, HAVE to come to the box, which then risks running into you, you then focus your attention on whoever manages to grab the box to make sure they don’t solve it. For example, at the start when the survivor traded hooks, the play was to leave her slugged and double back to the box to ensure no one grabs the box. If you’re in the clear, you then hook. It’s a decent build, you just gotta actually focus on the combo.
Next time don’t give tru3 a build that will result in him not getting a 3k. You guys have to realize that he only cares about winning. That’s his “fun”. No gimmick stuff.

Nothing too evil about it. I think things would be different with haunted ground and immortal. They basically would have to chase the box and the totems throughout the whole match
Probably already told this but you did the match completely wrong. Insidious should have been in the build and you camp the puzzle. Should have watched coconuts video to understand it.

he needs to hit maybe one or two survivor then camp the box. If you camp the box and stand still you won't have terror radius which will make everyone scream. Then everyone won't be able to on gens, cleanse totem or heal because of the chain and the scream. This is suppose to torture the survivor. In coco's game a lot of survivor quit the game because they can't do anything.

They can't do gens no matter what if chain hunt is active. You just have to prioritize camping the box over everything, which you didn't this game.
you can still do gens it was just be slower or another survivor could just bodyblock the chains for you
