If Moon is placed in Cancer in the 8th house, as per Vedic astrology Moon is not afflicted. This does not apply if Moon is placed in 8th but in any other sign. Jupiter's aspect is benefic.

What does it mean that Saturn aspects the 11, 6, and 3 when it is in the 9th? What does it mean to aspect another house? I have not planets in those other houses.

11th house is Aquarius ruled by my Saturn 🪐 (in 9th house) of (Sagittarius) so that would lessen the malefic effects on that aspect
