This record makes me miss Pouya so much. Their latest record seems a little less inspired and the new vocalist, while being a TIGHT vocalist, just can't compete with the versatility and sheer POWER Pouya has. I hope he is doing well now, since apparently he quit Aversions due to mental health and personal issues. Also: Erebus is still one of the best Deathcore songs EVER recorded
I absolutely agree on all points. The newest record just didn't seem to have the magic in it that this one had. I never knew about his mental health being a problem, I hope he's doing okay. And Erebus is absolutely one of the sickest songs to release on Earth
i feel like their new album is less Aversions Crown and more trying to combine Thy Art is Murder with Fit For a Autopsy in terms of style and it just doesn't work, the vocalist is good but it's not good enough for what we expect from Aversions Crown
@@jonthenamelessproject99 I don't know if it was their intent to sound like Fit For an Autopsy but they definitely did on that album. I think it might have just been because that new vocalist sounds so similar to them, since a lot of the riffs still sound pretty AC. Even with the rest of the band there they lost such a huge part of their identity with Pouya leaving I love FFAA, but I when I listen to AC I wanna hear AC. My dreams of ever hearing a finalized version of The Breeding Process are dead :(

My favorite album ever! Glad I had the oportunity to see them live when this album came out.I met Mark and Jayden and all I gotta say is thay they are incredible awesome guys. Their live performance blew my mind away.
Exactly 15 minutes into this album the sheer awesum I can't even describe..... I compare this to the likes of Enterprise Earth /,,/. Thanx for the share
Just discovered this band, it's disgustingly good. Really. Me so hooorny. Just the right amount of deathcore elements while remaining brvtal. Lets hope their earlier stuff is this stronk
I'm just gonna list some without any particular order. I have some favorites from other genres but I'll stick to Deathcore/Tech Death for now. Forgive me if you already know some of these: Lorna Shore - Flesh Coffin Cattle Decapitation - The Anthropocene Extinction The Faceless - Autotheism (honestly any of their albums) Slice the Cake - Odyssey to the West Virvum - Illuminance The Zenith Passage - Solipsist Shadow of Intent: either of their two albums AngelMaker - Dissentient
Ah yes, I've listened to Cattle, Faceless, Slice and Shadow... and Virvum is my absolute fav band. Will give Lorna Shore, AngelMaker and the Zenith Passage a go and report back. You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

Yeah, their album Servitude lacks of variety and sounds the same, then Tyrant was better. They keep getting better with each album but this album seems to be their peak.
One of the best Deathcore albums of all time!!
Agreed
@@6nferno Agreed!

Along with The Cleansing , The Price of Existence, and Bloodlust .

Exactly 15 minutes into this album the sheer awesum I can't even describe..... I compare this to the likes of Enterprise Earth /,,/. Thanx for the share

I'd argue their earlier stuff is not quite of this god-tier level but is still incredible
Linguini would love to hear some recommendations for more God-tier albums

Not as complex as the older stuff, this entire album sounds the exact same
"this entire album sounds the exact same" I have the exact complaint with their older stuff. It was good, but was lacking memorable parts imho.
Yeah, their album Servitude lacks of variety and sounds the same, then Tyrant was better. They keep getting better with each album but this album seems to be their peak.
