Sean Dyche is basically a set piece coach to be fair
😂😂
Came here to say this 😂
Tony pulis was basically a dead ball coach
😭😭😭
Exactly 🤣🤣🤣
"Big Beefy lads. No fancy coaches with iPads" Sean
based
Everton do have a set piece coach his name is Sean Dyche
“Whip it in, get that noggin on it and head it down” - Sean Dyche
Manutd need a set piece coach as well. And a strikers coach, and a defensive coach, and a fitness coach and a midfield coach.
and a new coach coach
And a bloody coach😂
And a owner coach
I'm still waiting for long throws to come back and be deadly. It's mind blowing It's not used more
Remember the stoke guy
@Athletic FC we need more FM content!!
Arteta has succsesfully combined brexit ball and tikitaka.
Yep! Brexittaka is a beast (except in Europe - where they struggled to beat Porto and got smashed by a seriously out of form Bayern.)
Tottenham losing Vio was a huge L even if Ange won't admit it
Who is vio
@@Beckenbauer0072bro the video is a minute long how did u miss it

Vio was the offensive set piece coach, and no as always losing Harry Kane was
Winning the Premier League is just taking advantage of every possible variable, and small incremental improvements that add up.
If you look at most teams that win, they don’t tend to make large sweeping changes and win it, they make improvements over a few years then win it.
This is the meta now, couldn't say for sure if it were always this way...
No, the secret to win the EPL is to have 115 charges at your club with no repercussion.
It's worked for five of the last six years and it's looking like six of the last seven. Great strategy!
You also have to make sure to spend as much money as humanly possible at the beginning of the big money takeover, that way years later fans can point towards your 'low' spending in the last 5 years, completely ignoring the hundreds of million you spent at the start.
Word
Spurs clearly paying the price
Big Sam, Sean Dyche and Tony Pulis... All set piece coaches!!
The secret is money, and a decently smart guy to do transfers.
What about goals conceded from set pieces?
@@FlashMeterRed Just buy the tallest and strongest defenders and shove everyone out of your way. Arsenal does something very similar with Saliba and Gabriel.
Nonsense
@@dominicsouthan4492 Yeah keep telling yourself that while Man City gets another league title.
@@spinyslasher6586While spending the 4th most over the last 10 years and the 6th most over the last 5 years. You just proved yourself wrong.
Set piece is an important part of the game. It's often a free trip into the opposition's penalty box. Why would any good manager not make sure they drill the team to defend or attack in a set piece?
Dearth of set piece specialist in United too 😢
No it's 115 charges
Morale of the story. Better players score more goals
Are you backing Arsenal to win the league this season?
They will not sadly
No no no. No we are not.
No
No
It's Jover
They did score more with it at the second half of the season
Simon Rusk stealing a living in the Premier League after being a dreadful manager at Stockport.
They cheat on set pieces, ref are oblivious
Newcastle need one we barely score corners
Well, how many of the Premier League Champions in the last 10 years have had one? That should answer the question.
It's Not(colas) Joever for Arsenal
So, are you saying that Arsenal's set pieces are...
Jover-powered?
No 115 ffp rules broken
I haven't seen any evidence to suggest either way.
You'd think women are the ones signing players with this trend
The secret to winning this season is to not be Liverpool.
So what's the question and what's the answer?
I was more confused at the end of the video than I was in the beginning 😂
The secred is to get a Billionen pounds from some dictator and ignore financial Fairplay
Well… they didn’t lol
Arsenal's corner technique is nothing more than having Ben White block the goalie from jumping for the ball, giving Gabriel and Saliba an easy job. Most of the time White is in an offside position as he does this as well. Its honestly baffling to me how they get away with it.
then why don’t other clubs do it🤡
He doesn't do anything that isn't allowed. The defense and goalie especially can get away with so much on most corners. Why support a double standard that reduces the amount of goals?
Can't be offside from a corner, at least until an initial header after which Ben White usually moves out of the way
Wed Jan 24..The Athletic:To demonstrate Arsenal’s variety and efficiency from dead balls, The Athletic watched back every set-piece goal since the summer of 2021 - and Jover’s arrival - and animated the top 10 best routines.
Thats like saying all Everton do is have McNeil loft balls to tarkowski while someone runs interfernce. While that is the basic concept, the devil is in the execution. A lot of teams have back post routines, Arsenal and Everton execute them better. And the "interfernce" is just going for the ball, but doing so in the path of defenders trying to reach the set piece targets.
Well clearly no because Everton are second
City, PSG, Bayern & Dortmund need to save football this season 🥲
from what?
Bayern and Dortmund?
Exactly.. From what??... UAE Citah and Qatar PSG.. Two examples of what's wrong with football these days.
City and PSG won’t be saving football, they’re destroying it.
Really isn’t Everton number 1 for set pieces? I doubt this list
No,arsenal is
@@Dinozor3 I seen other trusted stats about this where Everton is 1 that’s why I disagree with this
@@dylanwutft9414 lol ,idk what u have seen. But arsenal is first in official stats
No, most lists have Everton as second. Though in terms of corners per goal i think Everton are first. Arsenal get a lot more corners though so it evens out.
non sense...
Ange is so overrated it’s unreal.
how? he’s gotten spurs to a higher league spot and has gotten more points while conceding less and scoring more, he also doesn’t have kane, and has also had to deal with international breaks and richarlisons injuries
so you’re telling me there’s nuance… what a world we live in
That set piece coach probably should’ve been canned after the last two set pieces in Munich
It could also be their players consistently fouling the Goalkeeper and other players off the ball.
This will not age well
Spurs the best
so nothing matters
