I think if you have good skillset, stable job in india and your own house. No need to move anywhere else. Salaries might be higher overseas but expenses are even more higher.
I fully agree. I committed mistake by leaving well settled life in India and now struggling here in Australia. If you are earning Rs1.5 lakh or more in India then believe me Australia is not worth coming. Hollow country with poor job market.
