I swear to god that if you ever do a story that takes place at Trolberg and we get to see Hilda and company as a cameo, then that'll make my day for sure.
I mean, since the artstyle is very similar to the series and the fact that it's directed by the SAME HILDA DIRECTOR, then that wouldn't be a surprise to me.
Hope we get a new short film! (that could maybe have a aquatic plot line who knows...)

Netflix owns the rights to Hilda and all associated characters. They could legally cameo in the background, but that would be a risky move because the creator could face backlash from their employer, who would probably not want their characters associated with horror content.
