After watching this᜵ i feel like Vigan is just an over hyped. Nothing to see, nothing to do. Almost nothing to walk due to it's sidewalks. It looks like a very typical country side. Even other municipalities are better than this. Sorry to say, but vigan being a hype, im not impressed at all.

The old Vigan street which is Unesco is not being featured here due to its no-car-zone policy, only horse-drawn carriages are allowed to pass there.
