I think fashion can be debated, it's so different even within the decades. But beauty I could definitely see, women of all countries and cultures just looked so gorgeous at the time!

She wasn't only amazingly beautiful and iconic, she was also a really smart and skilled woman full of talents and things to point out when we talk about how amazing she was
Marilyn was truly an amazing person. Extremely witty, graceful, sensuous, loving, caring, sensitive, intelligent (although she was always being typecast as the “dumb blonde”) an altruist at heart and gave her all to the world in front of the cameras 🎥 she always had a smile (even when she was feeling depressed, abused, and lonely) blew kisses 😘 to everyone and was very-tender hearted. GOD rest her beautiful heart and soul. I’ll always keep a good thought for you Marilyn. ❤💋😘🥰💕🤲🏻🙏
She was so talented; and the ultimate beauty…such a good person and bright but emotionally very needy with some childhood trauma which took a toll on her; may she Rest In Peace… what an icon so beautiful❤👌
Most iconic beautiful women of all time no one can top her but let's just talk about her tragic death and childhood she deserved so much more and better I wish she could live longer rest in peace marilyn 🤲🙏
I have my friends asking, why I chose time travel as my power. I said I would love to go back and speak to famous people back then. And be a friend hear there stories give them a shoulder to lean on. It's sad what happened to her. And during that time men had there crazy fantasies about women and how there good for nothing but, sex and being pretty. Knowing how Hollywood was at the time, my goodness she endured a lot. This goes for anyone famous person and anyone in general. Everyone could use a friend. All she wanted was someone who genuinely loved, cherish and cared for her. r.i.p💐
She feels so different to see in motion, there's this cheeky, playful feel to her expressions paired with the sultry look, this sense of soul and energy. While her beauty was very ideal to the conventional standards, she brought a little more life to it, even if much of it was this lively and cheerful act to hide the sadness. And even before the beauty, she was actually quite a skilled assemblist at an aviation manufacturer, in another world she might have gone on to be a skilled engineer. I wish she was in a more free era. There was a lot we didn't get to see of her, despite her life being so heavily broadcast.
It just very fantastic that we're seeing her the whole 1950s. I mean, she had a 16 years of stable career from 1946 to 1962 and she was a beautiful and wonderful woman, she deserves to live longer. May she rest in peace. 🥹
Wow Queen Elizabeth & Marilyn were born in the same year. 1926. Elizabeth on 21 April & Marilyn on 1 June. One born to wealth, family history & privilege...the other to poverty, fostering & neglect. Both worked hard & were loved by the world as Queens 💗
En sólo 16 años se convirtió en la estrella de cine más famosa del mundo.....ella tuvo vetado cosas elementales para el resto de los mortales....tener hijos, afectos duraderos, madurar, envejecer.....😥

I saw it too. Especially when the barbiturates took over
