@Wes Takahashi Nah, you have to take the cap situation into account. He'll probably be kicking himself the rest of his life that he turned Jerruh's offer last year down, because the cap is falling again now because of the election-year flu hysteria going on. 40 mill per year or whatever he was asking made sense before when the cap was rising annually. Always look at the cap to understand contract negotiations in the NFL.
@Wes Takahashi Yes, but the same problem is there if his agent keeps asking for too much. The market has flipped, and teams will go cheap regardless to prevent crippling themselves. No one will pay an exorbitant, inflated and antiquated cap number for Dak. You'll see. They will all rather take their chances on a draft prospect than pay Dak anything close to what he was being offered a year ago. He just missed the boat because of the sniffles-recession, and is going to have to humble himself to get a contract now. Sucks, but economics > ego. I guess he could wait it out, but then he would risk becoming irrelevant. It might even never happen, and this is just how the market is now. The cap went from 113 million in 2013 to 225 million last year. It's already down, and is being staggered in order to not ruin teams. But we don't know how low it'll go. I’ve been waiting all day for this beautiful piece of work. As one southwestern Pennsylvanian to another, I thank you for putting my feelings into permanent video form so I may look upon it every time I get optimistic about the Dallas Cowboys chances. Love you, Tree. Keep it up, old friend.
What's been the constant since 1995? Jerry Jones.
He's been their owner longer than that( since 1989 ), but yeah.
@@ckendall67 when he fired Jimmy Johnson, that was the beginning of the end
@@ChiefBlue4298 Tom Landry?
Daniel Snyder tips his fedora at you sir.
Tree! You are a Genius for this!
It's more than "Days of Our Steelers" here.
Next: The Washington Football Team in "Designated Survivors"
Two UT uploads and one of them is bashing Dallas? A true Wednesday blessing!
I live for this. Such premium content.
This man, out here making quality content, by god.
"Burfictian." I like it.
Add it to the dictionary
“Burfictian” is my new favorite word
TONIGHT....ON DALLAS!!!! Established January 29th, 1996. The day after the Cowboys won the Super Bowl.
"This is like Tom Brady to Brandon Weedon!"
Tree plz dont remind me of the 2015 season when we lost Romo and went 4-12
God bless you for these two uploads
Calling Jerry Jones as Emperor Palpatine is an insult to Palpatine
Me: studies for my test
Tree: Uploads
Me: Studying can wait.
Havent been this early since Days of Our Steelers was a thing
This dude always brightens my day
Keep it up
This is gonna give Sacksonville Abbey and Days of our Steelers a run for their money
After watching us get our shit wrecked by the *NAME REDACTED* I'm starting to think 4-12 would be a miracle season.
NFC East: The Dumpster Fire Division!
The Tank Division. He called it on the latest edition of This Week in Sportsball
THE SUPER TANK DIVISION!
RACE FOR LAST PLACE IN THE DIVISION!
You had me at the intro! Best work of 2020!
Omg earliest I’ve been here, and I love him shitting on the cowboys as a Washington Redacted fan
The football team
Its Washington Team Football. WTF
@@davidtuttle7556 he made the joke calling them the “Name redacted” and the “Washington redacted” before on this channel... geez
@@rontheauraknight9606 As a fellow fan of the Team Formerly Known As The Redskins, it is my goddam right to call them Washington Team Football. It's not like we haven't been yelling WTF!?! for decades.
The NFC East needs to be barred from the playoffs this year.
I'll be stunned if there's a 6-10 NFC East winner winning a playoff game. I'll eat crow if a 6-10 NFC East winner makes it to the NFC Championship Game. I'll eat an ostrich or emu if a 6-10 NFC East winner makes the Super Bowl. I'll eat an albatross if a 6-10 NFC East winner wins the Super Bowl.
Welcome to the NFC East: Abandon all hope ye who enter here.
Respect for showing the beating cancer bell ring video that is awesome, keep up the great work Urinating Tree, love the content
Texas has produced so many Qbs over the recent years but jerry can’t find one? Tf? Kyler Murray Matthew Stafford like bruh 😭
Detroit had two of the most talented skill position players I have ever seen and they both retired because Detroit killed their passion for the game
@@palehorse6655 can’t have shit in Detroit
@Talos Jets?
You're right. Texas is among other things, A FOOTBALL STATE. Football is practically a religion in Texas. Especially COLLEGE FOOTBALL. Jerry Jones could've practically drafted one of these people in 25 years. If there's ever a person that could be used as the poster boy for toxic Ego, Jerry Jones would be it.
Andy Dalton is a good QB. So is Dak. QB is not there issue. It's that OL that has said QBs running for there fucking lives. You win games in the trenches. OL and DL are the most important parts of football. A good OL makes a mediocre QB look good.
I love that intro, it was so well done!
Tree you are a mastermind.
4:44 "Even Swiss cheese could absorb a few attacks on its luscious, creamy exterior."
If this channel ever gets shut down, you could make a living writing sandwich erotica.
This is a fucking work of art! Never mind that I’m a cowboys fan.. this is a goddamn masterpiece!👨🏽🎨
Enjoy.
One year into McCarthy's tenure, and all ready the players want him fired, that is awful.
@cpk1994 The difference is that, in Dallas, he came into a team full of players that had been so poorly coached, managed and owned for so long that they literally had to hope that McCarthy would basically bring an overnight turnaround. He hasn't gotten close and the talent in Dallas wants to just get out while they still can to play for a team that contend. Dallas is gonna be in serious trouble for a very long time.
@cpk1994 exactly!
The intro the best thing that has happened to this team this hole season.
They should move the NFC east to the XFL
Or the AAF.
AAU. They're amateurs at this point
or split them into the divisions of the GFL
The XFL already has enough problems, send the NFC East to whatever the worst football league is
@@jimmyjones5717 I think sending them to Ireland is a bit much, Germany perhaps?
The Dallas theme song is old enough that I think most people missed the reference you made in the intro.
That theme song that played sounded like it could come out of the 80's or 90's. Would be great if it came from the 90's just for the irony.
The Italian restaurant is now your QB Dallas😂
As a Washington fan, this puts a massive smile on my face. How bout dem cowguurrrlllss!1!1!!!!
"you flew all the way to washington to kick a filed goal!"-Shannon Sharpe
I've been waiting for this one for a long time
On next week episode on
“Why am I watching this” we have the injured Eagles playing the inj- well just the Cowboys
This is my new favorite show. May it get five seasons and a movie
Will the cowboys bounce back? Will Jerry boy finally realize he’s not a great owner? Will Mike McCarthy suddenly rally this team? Have the players decided to finally call it quits?
Tune in next week on the next episode of:
Dallas Cowboys reality tv
MayBe, Maybe, LOL No, Maybe
@@jimmyjones5717 Jerry Jones will never realize he sucks as an owner cause his ego is to big.
No, is that a serious...NO, HE WON'T, no, and they've quit. Sometime between the Arizona and Washington games. If not before.
@@malarie-susangold9259 They might rally but the probability of that is as high as the Falcons not choking a game where they have 99% chance to win.
@@velikynovgorod4358 frankly I'm hoping they lose out to get a better pick.
Made my night ten times better. I know we suck, but laughing at Dallas will never get old..
Dallas was a monarchy in the 90s, this is what they get
When Tree says “Ill save this for another video” in sportball, you know its gonna be good
Watching the Cowboys, and Jerry Boy to boot, suffer in this rightful kick in his ego gone ary is wonderful to watch as a Bills fan.
How about them Cowgirls?
Jones will just double down. He's like post 2002 Al Davis.
Some of the most fascinating tackling I have ever seen occurred in the last few Dallas games. I thought I knew bad tackling from the days of David Bruton in DC, but this is as if David Bruton has been hit by alien invaders and surprisingly mutated into an entire defense. Just fascinating...
