Definitely useful overview of what is coming as far as AI in marketing, but there is so much to get to that is beneath the surface - and the direction companies will take that can either improve working situations, or cause more divide. I am hoping for the former and also cover the topic a bit on the channel.

Yes as someone who works in the digital and market sector, AI is already disrupting the whole digital marketing eco-system. In 15 years of working on the sector I have never seen so much change, but things are only getting started so expect a lot more changes and disruption to come.

Change is afoot beyond existing channels; applying AI to ads, banners and the like is not going to cut it.
