I mean: how to select 4 point or 2 point zigzag stitch on a Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ-1 sewing machine?

The Sailrite Ultrafeed LSZ-1 will only sew a 2 point zigzag it will not sew a 4 point zigzag.

Patcher would definitely be easier to sew this if the zigzag wasnt needed

The 4 point zigzag is a time saver when sewing seams over the traditional 2 point zigzag stitch. Since the stitch is so much wider you can sometimes, depending on the sail, sew only one row of stitches instead of two or two instead of three.
