Lowkey annoying that you won the case, the officer could have won by saying that he recognized your bike from the robbery and applying a section 60 then tied the money you had to it + your firearm and that your friend aimed a firearm at him even though the cop would never shoot without being provoked, no lawyer could get you out of that.

i think that wasnt a win a because you defendant plaintiff should not have recieved a 150k fine as the weapon was discorvered under a unlawful search if the officer was at the top of his game and was protecing and serving the community like a proffesional officer he wouldnt have searched you and found the weapon regardless if you have license or not that search was unlawful because of the stituation you was arrested so to me the judge was either pd bias or didnt know what what you was asking for I would of asked for compansassion due to the human rights act violation + compansassion for injuries and truama + sallary lost due to health injuries suffered + Gross misconduct performed by pd, Officer should be leave with investigation and without pay subdued to 3 weeks retraining as cadet, then 2 weeks course on how to properly speak to DOJ and how to respond to the lords and councilors, "so yeah" - "Lordship, My Honor" so many learning curves case should of also been dismissed and given to Plaintiffs,Diffendent due to the officer's not having representation or the High Command present
