n this project i am going to show A very useful and beautiful flip flop circuit 555. The circuit is able to blink 8 super bright blue and Reds LED’s. The circuit is build around a famous 555 timer IC which is wired as an a-stable multi vibrator here. The LED’s are classified in two pairs contains 8 LED’s. The no of LED’s can be increase and decrease according to your requirements and desire.
IC will blink each pair one by one or in a flip flop manner. A 10K variable resistor is used to adjust the flashing speed per.

Thanks, great video. It worked for me with 16V, 22 µf capacitor, it was the only one i had. Blinking really fast doh. I used a 9 V bat. Greetings from Iztapalapa, Mexico.

May LED is not blinking,it stay on,,I use 9v and 1k b/w 8,7 and 47k b/w 7,6,,1 uf cap b/w 1,2,,Every thing i cheak again & again but failed,also cheak another IC(NE555P).

Yes u can use transfarmer less power supply but u must use 4v ziner diod with your power supply
And u can tuch the circuit when power is on

Sir your making video all LEDs connect in parallel in ckt but iwana all LEDs connect in series same 5voltage it is possible please explain sir.if 4leds connect in series what will be add components in the ckt.
Dear u can connect series but brightness will b low
If u want to use series then u should use 12v current for better brightness

Sir please explain leds polarity.inside red leds shows(|¶).(|= Pasitive.) (¶=nagativ). I will see some red leds reverse (¶|) blinking . it possibly sir where it is available sir.
dear these are simple 1.5 volts leds
u can use any color leds for this

The LED are backwards NO4 you have cathode should be anode / Cathode should be No1

point 3 gives output one time cathode and one time anode
that is way connect andode batery point and cathode with cathode battery point
