I doubt it was incompetence...it happened just the way they planned and if President Trump hadn't turned his head their plan would have been a success. Biden did broadcast to the country to put Trump in the crosshairs just a week ago. They knew exactly what was happening. The Secret Service should have never left Trump go on that stage when they knew there was a suspicious person who they felt was a threat. This was planned....that's why they denied additional security for President Trump a week ago.
