These no glitches runs really restore faith in humanity, stopped watching speedruns a while ago when it was all about 1 glitch, glitch through a wall and jump to final boss. This is true skills put to play, played the whole game as intended but super fast, big respect! Mission 17 was intense as hell man.
Thank you for speedrunning games the way they were meant to be ran. Nowadays it’s abuse glitch to get to the final boss in 5 seconds or some other TAS bullshit. This on the other hand is raw skill and running through the entire game the way it was meant to be.
Dude seeing you run during the xenomorph part gives me so much anxiety lmao. I literally crouched thru the entire game took hours to finish each mission
I can respect the research and precision that goes into glitched speedruns where they phase through a door and skip to the end of the game, whether in Alien Isolation or anything else. But glitchless runs will always be my favorite to watch. I want to see a game actually being played rather than only caring about the credits rolling! Plus full speedruns can give viewers useful strategies to use in "regular" playthroughs.

I really wish we could cut the scripted scenes and animations it has to had a good 35 min maybe longer. I'm trying to add it up. You're the best psycho and please make more. They never get old!

Aren't there meant to be humans at about 39:00? Every part of your speedrun the enemy spawns in a location you aren't going to, the luck you have is so much no wonder you can do this fast. Same goes for the items you got. My nightmare run was not as lucky. All of my playthroughs have had at least one event where the alien spawned in front of me so there was no way I could defend myself even if I were among the best speedrunners
@@PinkCow0 could be because the game relies heavily on RNG. I think speedrunners fire the gun and drop a flare to distract the alien and use that time to get to the next area. Very clever how they know what vent it's going to go to. You can't do that with the humans though you see. What difficulty were you playing on?

I don't know how you can get past the humans though, it's not like with the alien you can get it to enter the part of the map that you aren't going to. I don't know how you got it to not spawn in the room where you first get the stun baton as you were running around there and you were in that area for some time. Tell us how you are able to do these things, would help other nightmare players
I don't really consider silent running or walking a glitch, nor using the aliens lock on. Silent running and walking, anyone can do. I cannot clip thru a door or anything on console.

But im gonna answer these questions anyway, Psycho wasn't doing the regular Psycho hopping, but using a technique to make noise in both parts to lure and drag the attention the Alien AND Human and I wouldn't call this silent running as it does the opposite, making noise instead of being quiet in both sequences that you linked the timeframe

Why this alien in this run is so tends to escape when burned although in my case it is very tough and appears very often and repeatitvely after burned ? and Why that do not attempt to appear in many cases even though you were running almost everywhere. In my case, that appears almost always just in my face although I had walked silently or sneaked. I can't understand why this difference occur. I happened to suspect that you have used some kinds of cheat or MOD.
He's playing on nightmare mode. The hardest difficulty. And he's said multiple times that he's played through this game enough times to understand what the alien will and will not drop for, how to distract it, how much flamethrower fuel he needs to get the alien to go back in the vents, how to use save points to "reset" the alien into the vents, how to time everything so he can get by the humans and androids mostly unscathed, and he's also memorized the entire game so he knows exactly where he's going and what to do. That's definitely not cheating. That's knowing the game in and out.

I didn’t see humans until later on this part but they only appeared near the door when I was slow. Maybe a coincidence?
