you're build relies on frostbite, which does solid damage, but i would replace you're weapon with twin drake daggers and just use magic, it makes anything more susceptible to frostbite
those daggers can be obtained at any level, they're in almost every shop, and they are the most overpowered weapon in the entire game. I'd recommend getting them, but if you can't, replace it with Everender + Great Sealing Shield (Re30+) or if you're really low level, just the basic Ocherous Shield + any one handed weapon should do.
i got him around 300-900Sp. if you use Foregone Crown abilities + Twin Drake Daggers Defense negation, it makes him or anything insanely easy if you can dodge
the Everender is a really solid weapon, but its really not practical because of how close you have to be with it, its more of a tank build weapon, or good for early xp grinding if you use HP sets like Ascendant Set or the Harvester Set
i have to disagree solely because Twin Drake is more of a side weapon, its ability to negate resistances/defense is its strong point, its more meant to be used with something else.
Forgot to mention the main reason the weapon is good is because it reduces enemy resistances to zero so while other weapons might do more to the target dummy, they don't do as much to real enemies

yes this build is decent but i found i do more damage with my current build, santa hat, everwinter blade, doomspeaker leggings, and snowman chesplate

You can try alot of different weapons and see what works best for you, such as the cursed blade from reb4 or the eliminator from the raid

Somewhere between 3-5N I don't remember entirely you just have to make sure to dodge the white ability cuz it does too much damage

Im personally going to say (after my own testing) that the everangel cleaver is a better choice for the weapon
It doesn't do more damage especially not when you start getting to higher levels

I’d change armedes cape for white cape and change cheese wheel for charred fang

About 989De DPS at level 1.18De so around 1000x my level
