Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 4 Next Beta! (TEAM BT 4) New confirmed Characters!

This Video shows all of the Teased Characters for Team BT 4s Budokai Tenkaichi 4 Mod!
These Characters arentz in the current beta (12) but in the next beta (13)

Cooler's henchmen are more likely additional skins for the Frieza Soldier which has Cui, Appule, and two other henchmen whose names I don't recall as alts. Since they're bringing some characters up to 8 alts they will probably be the other 4.

I guess they could also be skins for Salza but they did say Reworked movesets so they might have diffrent special attacks!
Same applys to tarble i could see him be a skin for cabba!

For now they specified they won't, they will concentrate con movies, dbz, super and gt characters

Whenever I download this ROM it runs smoothly but it never has all of the characters unlocked. How do I get it to have all of the characters unlocked?

These Characters arent in the game yet!
They are for the next version Beta 13 we are currently on Beta 12! I made a video on my channel showcasing all characters and costumes for the current version!
