We have to release the idea of WHO the tf is and focus on the feminine & masculine energies within ourself. Put the energy back onto ourselves. If you are pursuing, you are still in a lack mentality, which just means you still have some inner work to do. You cant quit the journey. The more you fight it, the more resistance you create and the journey is hard and miserable. As you grow and learn and surrender to the Divine, the energies lighten and it becomes more flowing.
I feel free from wanting and thinking about the connection. I didn’t think this feeling was ever possible. I am totally detached. Not an ounce of attachment in my spirit. My soul is finally at rest. I don’t know how to explain the feeling. I feel normal again. I thought i felt normal before but i wasn’t over him. I have come into a sense of feeling full freedom within my inner being. I’m finally allowing the divine to fully take over.
I’ve finally actually surrendered. No pull or tug on my spirit. No dreams of him at night. Nothing. Just pure tranquil peace.
I can only feel this within me & i can happily say i can move forward & continue my life. There is no more runner chaser. I can just exist in peace whether he wants to be with me or not i’m finally letting him have that choice. And i don’t care either. I mean it. It makes no difference either way. I am accepting what is now & what will be.
This is fully surrendering. You will know this feeling when you feel absolutely nothing! It feels like you before you met your twin flame! You before this whole thing. Your energy returns back to itself.
You will finally get a breather and get to relax & go back to your life.

Thank You so much! My TF contacted me on Christmas Day, wanted to get back together after 40 years and get remarried. Only problem... he's already married. I'm not even sure if he is my TF now. He's choosing her as there is a lawsuit pending he stands to lose a ton of $$$ if he divorces. But this could take up to 2 years. I told him I needed to heal, I've been a wreck he's lied about everything to me. He said he lived in Phoenix come to find out he lives in Iowa. He said he'd been divorced for 10 years then he tells me about 2 months later he's actually married to a woman from Ireland that divorced and came here to be with him. Then he tells me he's had a booty call person for the entire time he's been married to this Irish girl who is 10 yrs younger than him(her green card is expired quite awhile now.) I don't think I want him for my TF but it explains Sooooooooo much about our marriage 40 yrs ago. The Intensity of everything with him and I have to say the sex was Tantric and ethereal. He even bought me a past, present, future diamond and his wedding band! WTF!!! I found about about his wife after we got the rings! Needless to say the ring was returned to him. And I just just broke it off with him on the 15th. Neither of us has tried to contact the other. In the meantime, before I found this stuff out I helped him with finances for the divorce attorney and a bankruptcy. I've already beaten myself up about this whole situation. I've been happily divorced for 18 years, worked on myself the entire time and here comes "David" like a fart in a whirlwind and my head is spinning my heart tattered again. I feel lost! I don't know, I respect your vlog, and I appreciate what you do, I'm new here, but I'll tell you one thing, there is no such thing. Twinflame or soulmate its just a concept something iluzion , it's just an imaginary friend created by your mind, that perfect person is abstract and you'll do this all your life we're looking for something that doesn't physically exist , I know that I don't agree with you this time but this is my opinion and I've been dreaming of a girl since I was 14 years old, but that girl is from Asia and I haven't found her even once I started dating Asian women thinking that I find this mysterious girl from my dreams, but also in tarot they told me that she is a brunette woman, but nothing came true with this girl and I realized that I was actually a small child when I saw a mirror with a painting on the back of a Chinese girl ..... and that portrait stayed in my mind and that's how I created this woman, abstract so that my mind and subconscious always represent her in my dreams. but there is no twinflame or soulmate, there are only people and experience and connection with them, that's all.

Thank you very much for this explanation. I have a similar experience. When I first manifested my twin flame it was amazing. I could literally feel that she is the one. She came after me for months. Because I was already in a relationship. But she never gives up. She knew she wanted to be with me. Also before I met her I felt awesome about myself. I was always in higher energy. I was friends with everyone. I only focused on the positive side of people and I wasn't worried about anything at all. I remember some people saying that "Hey man you are so positive, let me just hang around you for a while". Then after some time I had to be with a certain group of people as roommates, and I stopped loving myself, I didn't feel that I am awesome anymore. It was like my magic was taken out from me. Then I started growing big and fat, then I started hating myself. After some time She broke up with me. She had an affair with someone else. But after sometimes we got back together. But I wasn't healed at all. Somehow I controlled my body weight and manifested the desired physique. However, now I have abandonment issues. Even though I reunited with my TF I was always anxious about her leaving me. I always thought nothing I do can make her stay. I need to earn more money, I need to look handsome all the time. I have to give her all my attention all the time to make her stay. I was suffering from breakup anxiety. This made our relationship very toxic. I started doubting her every move. Where ever she goes, I wanted to know what was going on. I asked her friends about her behavior. I was totally obsessed with her daily routine and I have lost that awesomeness from me. Still am the time I'm typing this comment. So she left for the second time. I had manifested what I was afraid of. This time she went to a different country. I really need to heal myself before I manifest someone into my life again. I don't know if she'll come back to me or not. I still love her. I miss what we had in the first few years of our relationship. But could never be healed until now. Please teach me the techniques. I need to heal myself. I need to learn how to love myself.

As with every block to your Union, you can know what the situation reflects to you by feeling your feelings about it. Then you can apply the mirror exercise on those feelings in order to heal the block.

I'm old so it's not like I've done this my whole life or I'm naive. But these feelings started and lasted for about a year and a half. It was the most powerful thing I've ever felt. I think I've gone through all the stages I can go through. I'm waiting for her. I think I owe it to myself to continue with my life without her. If she comes to me (or somehow we find each other) I think it will be within the next few years. If it's any longer, it's not going to happen.
It is good to choose to focus on loving yourself first. That way you attract your Twin Flame to you. You don't have to wait though. Your Twin Flame is One with you and you share One consciousness. Not able to get wht actually he is mirroring me through this he keeping on coming back after 15 20 days exprecing his love to me but from the very next day he again became silent .this keeps on happing from months ...don't able to get wht remain in me to heal to heal this on off situation ..why his words didn't match his actions ..he expressed all his love to me whenever he contact me but his actions never reflects his words that he keeps on saying to me ..
